I originally booked for a queen bed room ,but received a double due too overbooking but I could not sleep comfortably due too roaches in the room,and due too overbooking I could not get another room,I told the front desk I would like a full refund,and the gave me the email address too the GM I emailed him several times no response,finally I called back too the property and the message he left for me was he would not refund my money and post whatever pics I had and do whatever else I had too,so that let me know he does not care
