The property has easy access to the freeway (Dallas, Plano, Arlington, DFW), and local shopping. Less than 1 mile from PGWB Turnpike and DART (light rail system). The property is about 1.5 miles from Walmart, Target, Sprout, Starbuck, Jason Deli, Chic-filet, Banking, and much more. Great Value for Families
It was a good choice for our group. The property offered comfort and made our stay enjoyable.

Weekend getaway
We enjoy the property it was little to hot to enjoy the backyard but inside everything was great bed mattress need to update but other than that it was comfortable neighborhood and house was enjoyable for the family

Worked perfect for our family
The location and extra bunk bed made a huge difference for us. Our young children ran around the back yard. This was exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable. There are a few drawbacks, which taken together explained the lower price and none are show stoppers. First, there are little patch up jobs that could be fixed, namely a cable plate hole in the wall that should be replaced with a solid plate. Additional grout or caulk to clean up the details and gaps in floor tiles, and when the A/C was not going there was a slight musty smell. The neighbors were fairly noisy on the weekend nights. Otherwise, it was perfect for our family. I would definitely rent again if it is available the next time we get down to Texas!
