The property with Hof- u. Garden, surrounded by an old, high stone wall with a Baroque gate, located in a peaceful village with a typically Italian atmosphere, with no through traffic, surrounded by olive groves,
150 meters above the lake, with diverse views to sea, Punta San Vigilio, Sirmione and Monte Baldo.
They inhabit the house on three different levels.
The house has a spacious living room area (32qm) (with open fireplace, TV (all major German programs), Wi-Fi connection (10GB per week free), with gallery (12 sqm) (equipped with two beds) and different, z. T. covered terraces, one bedroom (24 sqm) with double bed and another single bed, a modern kitchen (9 sqm) and a bathroom (6 sqm). On the living room and kitchen level is from 2020 another toilet.
Integrated into the house covered terrace (15 square meters) combines living room, bathroom and bedroom via a staircase together.
The atrium-like courtyard, garden and terraces are pleasantly landscaped with Mediterranean plants and are barely visible. The property can be used undivided. In the service room there are washing machine, fitness bike, additional refrigerator, 2 Lügestühle, modern remote gas central heating.
Haus u. Garden provide an ideal space to relax on the one hand and on the other hand a paradise for children in an idyllic setting. The heritage protection home we have so altered and established that it fully meets the current needs of modern life, but the atmosphere of bygone years is not lost. It is admired by many gem Fornicos.

Loading and unloading is possible at any time in front of the property.

Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer wunderbar ruhigen Gegend abseits des Touristentrubels – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Lage und der schöne Garten haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Sauberkeit war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht ganz optimal, worauf wir die Vermieter hingewiesen haben. Diese haben sehr offen und verständnisvoll reagiert. Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit viel Potenzial.

Sehr gutes Ferienhaus mit großzügiger Einrichtung und mit allem Komfort. Sorgfältig renoviertes altes Landhaus. Phantastischer Garten. Selbstversorgung durch nahe gelegene städtische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vielfältige Möglichkeiten in der Natur, auf dem See und bei kleineren Ausflügen. Hoher Erholungsfaktor.

Ein kleines Paradies
Eigentlich wollte ich keine Bewertung abgeben, um dieses kleine Juwel als Geheimtipp zu erhalten.Aber trotzdem, wer hier ein paar schöne Tage verbringen will, ist hier genau richtig. Ein wunderschöner Garten, ein stilvollers Haus, Platz ohne Ende und Blick auf den See. Das ganze abseits vom Touristenrummel. Was will man mehr???

ein Paradies auf Erden
sehr sehr angenehme und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, auch bei persönlichen Problemen wird schnell reagiert,uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert - über das ganze Objekt brauch man gleich gar nicht reden - es ist das wahrgewordene Garten und Hausparadies auf Erden

Ruhiges Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten
Ruhiges Ferienhaus über dem Gardasee.
Mit schönen abgeschlossen Garten. Im Wohnbereich gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht. Wir konnten mit unserem Auto nicht direkt vor das Haus fahren. Da die Straßen wie öfters in Italien sehr schmal ist. Es gibt vor dem Haus 2 Parkplätze wo immer etwas frei war.
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Einzigartig
Wir hatten einen fantastischen 2-wöchigen Urlsub mit 2 Hunden in der wunderschönen Casa Fiorita. Der Garten ist unbeschreiblich schön, Zitronen und Orangen wachsen dort. Es ist wirklich paradiesisch. Die Casa ist schön ruhig gelegen, manchmal hörten wir außer Esel, Kuckuck und Reh nichts. Der Weg in die Stadt ist zu Fuß in 20 Min. zu schaffen, wir nutzen meist das Auto. Alle im Dorf waren sehr freundlich, bei Al Bertansi haben wir gut gegessen. Die Trattoria um die Ecke hatte leider wegen Ferien geschlossen, so dass wir sie nicht probieren konnten. Die Casa war sehr sauber, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin absolut gut und ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir kommen gern wieder. :-)

Sommerresidenz
Bezauberndes Anwesen bei schönem Wetter. Der Garten ist superschön, das Haus sehr idyllisch. Hundefreundlich durch abgeschlossenes Grundstück.
Achtung: bei kaltem Wetter ausserordentlich hohe Heizkosten!!
Gute Betreuung, netter Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin über e- mail.
Bei warmem Wetter gerne wieder!

Ruheoase
Wunderschönes ruhig gelegenes und gepflegtes Haus mit Garten. Wer die Ruhe sucht und gute Restaurants (Ristorante al Bertansi und Trattoria Fornico, unsere Empfehlung) zu Fuß erreichen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
