The breakfast is much better than other peers in the same hotel level whilst the facilities are a little bit old

Stayed for six nights (Dec 27-Jan 02) and the room wasn’t serviced once. No bed linens, no towels, three garbage cans overflowing and one night of coffee service. When I called the front desk on the fourth day I was told it will be done on the fifth day. When I asked the young man the irony of that as it should be the fourth day he blatantly said “that’s the way it it”. And with that, no service the fifth day or any day. I never had issues with this property before when staying 1-3 nights. I’ll be looking for another hotel the next time I visit my daughter from Florida.

Expensive room that was advertised as sleeps 5. Problem is that is sleeps 4 max. Guy during checkin was the only good thing about the stay. No toilet paper in the room. Took an hour and a half to get one roll. Asked for a couple of towels same thing. I tried to ask a few house keepers and kept hearing “No English” as they walked by. The ac unit was loud when it would click on. Settled on being warmer than I like versus the noise. The bed sheets were horrible. I looked before I left to see how they could be so bad. They were using the mattress pad as either the blanket or the sheets. I understand that some rooms have kids but I am confident they held a soccer tournament in the “suite” above ours. They seemed to have a 7am game and didn’t stop til after midnight.

The night time staff was very rude. We lost 20 minutes on the pool waiting for someone to let us in. He tables in my room was very sticky, the toilet was also clogged. I told the front desk person when I checked out and she just said oh ok. I didn’t get a sorry or anything.

Staff isn’t very friendly nor are they responsive.

We had to change rooms twice. There is an overwhelming scent of scented spray throughout the hotel. We were told they spray because of the kitchenettes in the rooms. Not good for people with allergies and asthma. 2nd room had only 1 heater working barely. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful, he knows how to treat people. But whoever picked up the phone at guest services (a woman) said it was my choice to change the first room, as if I was at fault for not being able to breathe with the spray smell. Rugs and sofa cushion covers needed a wash. Loved the peace of the area. Kitchen, bathroom, and bedding were extremely clean which was great.

A very good hotel for those traveling down the highway. Easy to find. Great accommodations for pets. Breakfast buffet was very good. Overall a good value

Came in before snow storm. Everyone was helpful. Supplied me snow shovel to get my car out.
