The room was okay, bed was average I can tell the mattress was dated as it sunk in certain areas, but I was so tired I just passed out. Unfortunately, it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. There was hair on bathroom floor, the tub, and inside the drawer with the utensils, gross! The reclining chair looked dirty and crumbs found on the edges. I only used the plastic cups for the coffee, and nothing else. The fridge is old, and door was yellowish in color and stained. Staff was great though, but I don't think I'll be returning due to cleanliness.

It was good. I like the place, but when i wanted to extend my stay they said because i book with a 3rd party i would have to be checked out and pay the $200 deposit again and do it directly threw them. There customer service was terrible. The girls in the morning were very nice but everyone else ******. One of the girls i didnt catch her name was so rude. I told her the customer service ****** there and she said in the most Condescending way, that she would let the manager know. I will never stay there again.

The peoples who were upstairs running all night long, i called the office, she said ok but the problem wasn't taking care of. The next night had same problem after i called the office then i had to tab the ceiling, by that time the office called then said that i can't tab the wall, if necessary she move us to another room,it was 11:30 pm already! 2 nights were horrible, couldn't sleep at all.

The room did not look like the photos online. The room was super outdated and bathroom was dirty had hair all over the tub and floor. Bedroom smelled like someone smoked cigarettes in their. Honestly it wouldn’t have been so bad had the room been cleaner. Especially considering they charge $200 for incidentals..????… crazy.

We booked this location for our yearly California family trip. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and needs a refrigerator for her insulin and they provided one in the room. The place is obviously old and they’ve tried hard to give it a quick facelift. There were some cobwebs on our ceiling, rust in the bathroom and the couch was very worn and had been patched together with what looks like a sewing kit. In this price range, you’re not going to get perfect, but I do think that some furnishings should have been tossed out by now. The main issue is they’re trying to accommodate two different clientele. They have clientele that’s down their luck living there and they have visitors in town to enjoy the beaches and amusement parks. You can’t make both clienteles happy. The last straw for us was about 9:30 in the morning we get a knock on our door. I thought it was housekeeping and kept telling her that we weren’t ready yet. They kept knocking. I had my daughter go open the door to see what the problem was, and found two police officers in full uniform, including weapons, standing at my door. They were looking for a man who we didn’t know. They said the man had given our room number to them as his address and they were sorry. I later confronted the manager who said that this had nothing to do with his clientele, and that this could happen at the Ritz Carlton. In my opinion… if your on a family vacation go elsewhere. If you need a place to live for a short while pick this.

The property is a great place to sleep for a night. The bed was comfy and I felt safe. It’s a little dated as the elevator was a little scary. Please fix the front door. It is not safe to have a door not work after hours (even with a card key). Thank you!

This is the most horrible hotel I have ever stayed in. The service is extremely bad, the phone for the front desk doesn't work, ai have to use my phone and it was took awhile to connected. The smell in the room is very unpleasant, when I asked about cleaning the room and changing towels, they told me to come down get it and do it myself. I said your service is very bad and they told me that if I didn't like it here, I can check out and go somewhere else to stay. So Horrible 😡😡😡

It took 3 rooms to get one that didn’t smell upon checking in. The first room smelled like a wet sock or sweaty men’s locker room. The second smelled like cat urine mixed with pickles. We settled for the third which smelled musty like mildew and opened the window. Cleanliness, the fridge had more food on it than in it when we arrived. Bed was ok. Parking charge is $7 a day, and I specifically checked off free parking as a requirement. I’ll reach out to ******* for that correction.

Dirty rusty old refrigerator and broken popped out dishwasher. Drunk or drugged out guy passed out in front of elevator. Horrible smell as soon as you get off the 3rd floor of old and animals. Horrible smell when you walk into your room as well. Had a dirty sheet. Just a very unclean place.
