This beautiful beach house which has been totally remodeled (new flooring, paint, furniture), is only 6 houses away from the beach in Garden City. Come, park your car in the driveway and start your vacation! Sunrise on Sunset has it's own private heated pool (no extra charge for heating!) and is close to all the action near the Garden City pier and all the restaurants and stores Murrells Inlet has to offer.
* Minimum age for renter is at least 25 years old
* No smoking
*There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for heating the pool. Outside temperature must be at least 50 degrees for the pool heater to be turned on.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 24.About events:No events allowed.

Awesome Time!!
Sunrise on Sunset is a great property. Karl and his team are excellent. I would definitely recommend this property. Steps away from the beach. Watching the sunrise was priceless. Everyone loved the pool! Overall the property was awesome!

Best Beachouse
The home was great. The customer service was amazing. Location was 3 min walk to the beach. We will definitely be back to this house.

Great house!
We love this house! We had 7 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with cook ware. We love that the linens and beach chairs were provided! It is a pretty short and straight walk to the beach. The pool area was amazing and the pool itself was a huge hit with the kids. Plenty of parking room as well. I had to contact the owner about a small pool issue and it was fixed first thing the next morning. We highly recommend this house! We loved it!!

Great Retreat
This is a great location with plenty of room
For sharing a home with family and friends. I loved that Linens were provided. There was a tv in each of the five bedrooms. We will be back to try the pool and enjoy another stay!
