房間不大,比較舒適,滑雪方便,可以滑進滑出酒店,雪場雪量不錯,適合初學者,早餐品種豐富,紅酒很贊。酒店的露天熱泡池是個亮點。如果是一家人帶小朋友的話,酒店底層有個室內游泳池,就是比較小,小孩子可以玩就夠了。

Very nice Hotel , skie there was lovely ! The rooms were clean and view was totally worth it. One thing i really didnt enjoy was the breafast it was poor , and the egg station took forever to! You would wait more than 40 minutes to get ur eggs, the wairters were just joking around together and laughing ( not professional at all). If breakfast was improved the whole experience would be different

My stay at Gudauri Lodge was a colossal disappointment, challenging its claimed 5-star status – a generous 3 stars would be an overestimation. The reception was shockingly unwelcoming, marked by staff displaying rudeness and a palpable eagerness for us to leave. Upon arrival, the lack of usual hospitality was striking. No one greeted us or offered assistance with our luggage, leaving us to navigate the hotel on our own. Surprisingly, there was no guidance about the room, and crucial details, such as the absence of a mini-bar, were not communicated. When we requested a basic iPhone charger or adaptor, the dismissive response offered only a slow, non-original charger at the reception, setting the tone for a dismal experience. Language barriers further exacerbated the problem, with staff demonstrating shockingly poor English skills. The only positive aspect was the housekeeping staff, who were the lone pleasant individuals in the hotel. This experience was beyond disappointing, especially considering the considerable amount spent for such abysmal service. On day one, the live cooking station proved an appalling experience. The chef's limited English proficiency was evident when, despite ordering a single omelette with specific ingredients in English, he prepared two omelettes, incorporating only one specified ingredient. Worse still, he deliberately refused to speak Russian, which I attempted to use for communication. Regrettably, I would have preferred to speak Ukrainian or English, but the chef's language barrier extended to these languages as well. The chef's distressing behavior reached an uncomfortable climax when he expressed his frustration by discarding the extra omelette right in front of us. This unnecessary scene, coupled with a general lack of inquiry into our needs, created a negative impression that even the breathtaking view and ambiance couldn't compensate for. On the second day, promised 8 am breakfast turned into a disaster by 8:30 am. A significant portion of the breakfast items, including the live cooking station for omelettes, remained unavailable. Instead of attending to their duties, employees casually chatted in the middle of the restaurant. Addressing the issue with the responsible person yielded a vague commitment to starting breakfast at 8:30 am, devoid of explanation or apology. My pleas for a solution were met with indifference, as if the readiness of breakfast was inconsequential. Despite being asked for our room number twice, no one seemed to care that we would be departing without breakfast. To compound the issue, my husband faced hostility due to an erroneous assumption about his nationality, leaving both of us feeling thoroughly unwelcome. I sincerely wanted our stay to be memorable, but the hateful, rude, and disrespectful behavior overshadowed any positive aspects. First impressions proved pivotal, and sadly, the initial encounter set the tone for the entire stay.

This hotel is without a doubt one of the top establishments in Gudauri. The view from the main floor is simply breathtaking, and the highlight of the hotel is the fantastic hot swimming pool, which is kept in impeccable condition. Ms. Tamari at the reception was incredibly attentive and helpful. We decided to try the vegetarian options of pizza and pasta, and they were truly delightful. Although the breakfast offerings were plentiful, they remained unchanged during our two-day stay. As a result, we suggested to the hotel that they should vary the breakfast menu daily to prevent guests from getting bored. Unfortunately, our double category room had a small window with minimal opening. However, the sunrise and sunset views from the room were simply amazing. Overall, our experience at the hotel was positive and enjoyable. The restaurant staff, however, were a bit impolite, except for one specific staff member whose name I didn't catch, who was very efficient and polite.

Comunicazione e assistenza tramite booking assolutamente inutile. Problemi per tre volte con pagamento a loro dire respinto ( ad amex non risultano tentativi di prelievo!) finchè hanno minacciato di far cadere la prenotazione e ho dovuto dare carta Visa. La camera è un buco, letti disuniti nonostante nostra richiesta, Frigo bar vuoto, ma tranquilli, se chiamate la reception (ma usando il vostro cellulare perchè il telefono della camera non funziona) vi informeranno che non fanno servizio in camera e che potete comodamente andare al bar della lounge a prendere quello che volete. Poi abbiamo dovuto chiamare perchè non c’erano nè asciugamani, nè accappatoi. Vabbè ci consoliamo con un bel massaggio…….ma nei 4 giorni in cui staremo qui c’è disponibilità solo nel pomeriggio dell’ultimo giorno. No comment. Colazione decente ma con un ****** indescrivibile tra gente che urla e bambini che corrono ovunque. Piscina stracolma di ospiti e le dimensioni sono la metà di quelle che uno si immagina dalle foto, praticamente una vasca da bagno grossa, la palestra se sei in due ti dai fastidio. Vado per prenotare la cena al ristorante e mi rispondono che non accettano prenotazioni perchè ne hanno troppo ma di venire e attendere fiduciosi. Veramente di classe. Arriviamo, metà dei tavoli sono vuoti ma ci fanno attendere 40 minuti per farci sedere. Lo staff prova a darsi da fare ma sono pochi e visibilmente con poca esperienza. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! Дали номер с маленьким окошком , сколько не просила переселить не поменяли. Хотя каждый день заселяли других людей в такие номера( со словами они уже несколько лет ездят поэтому им даем, а вам нет) видимо такое отношение к русским туристам. На сайте мой номер и категория на фото с большим окном! для меня это было максимально важно так как я не катаюсь , а еду с семьей и вид из номера для меня был очень важен. Удивляет отношение персонала , они абсолютно не клиенто ориентированы, не советую отель людям которые ценят красивый вид из окна, комфорт и хорошее отношение к вашим просьбам , тут может быть «хорошо» только если все сложилось, так что ничего нигде поменять не надо и только тем кто с утра до вечера катается, обедает везде вокруг, и использует отель для поспать. Лично мы сюда никогда не вернемся. если возникнет какая -то не комфортная для Вас ситуация, то не сможете просто ее решить. Всегда представляла этот народ и страну как гостеприимную,но теперь разочаровалась полностью. Это не та Грузия о которой нам рассказывают. Нет тут ни гостеприимства ни доброго отношения ни даже грузинской кухни нормальной. Вай фай тоже очень плохо работает. Приходится бегать искать точку.
