We visited Gangtok in the last week of September. It was raining incessantly, The property is located far away from the hustle-bustle of the city, in the lap of nature. A beautiful little waterfall (which was right outside our room made the stay all the more beautiful. The room was clean, had wooden ceiling and floor. Bathroom was spacious. The bed was heated and super cozy. Simran from the front desk was really friendly and helpful. She was there to solve any query and always ready to help. A big shoutout to Simran! The restaurant had a nice ambiance and a little bar. In the evening, there was Karaoke!!! The breakfast was just awesome with lots of options to choose from. The options for lunch and dinner was good and the food was also good, but I feel there should be a little more variety in the menu. The restaurant staff were courteous and friendly. Overall, it was a great stay for a couple of days and I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Gangtok to experience the stay at Summit Norling Resort.

Great property and cozy rooms. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. Thanks grace, kabita, aita, smriti for the best service and warm welcome. We booked a package which included breakfast and dinner. Food was very tasty and they had a lot of variety. Each and every dish had proper taste. Kudos to chef Satyam. Hotel property and surrounding area is great.

Very nice and friendly staff. Great pool. Property is very clean. Good food. Restaurant view is awesome Customer engagement activities are minimal. a food is very healthy. The rooms are well appointed and maintained with spotless cleanliness. Bathe room was spacious and clean.
