We stayed for 2 days and everything was really good.Highly recommended.Hotel is very near to M G Marg and at the prime location.Room,view from the room,service,food,behaviour of hotel staffs all are excellent. And Varsa will welcome you with full professionalism and care.She is a valuable asset as an employee indeed.This was our 3rd visit at Gangtok and going further I can't think any better option than Gangtok Prime Hotel and Spa.

Best location. MG mark 5 min walk...Lal market 10 min walk. Room standard is very good. All hotel employees are very nice and helping. Nice food also especially morning breakfast. Nice vally view. Best hotel I have ever stayed. Taxi also reached there and a taxi stand is also there. A grand new Mall also next to Hotel.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The management is extremely unprofessional and has no sense of how to treat guests. The worst part was the attitude of the management. Instead of addressing guest concerns, they were dismissive and even rude when we tried to bring up the problems. It’s clear that they do not care about customer satisfaction. Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. I regret choosing this place, and I will never return.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I had booked a "deluxe" room, but what I got was nothing like what was promised. The room was more like a storage space—dark, cramped, and neglected, with wires hanging out of the walls. The bathroom was in bad shape and didn't meet even basic standards of cleanliness or comfort. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and unhelpful. The service was appalling, and the manager’s response to my concerns was unbelievable. He actually said that the quality of rooms depends on "luck." This is not what anyone should expect from a hotel. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise you to think twice before booking here. The positive reviews seem fake, and I would have given this hotel 1 star if I could. Avoid at all costs!

It was amazing stay at gangtok prime hotel in sikkim it's very near to mg road and the staff of the hotel they are very friendly and helpful and the food was good,room was well clean.if you are visiting to gangtok you can book this hotel thank you.
