We booked 3 rooms accommodating 6 Adult and two Children ( One 16 years old and another 6 years ) The booking was done through MakeMyTrip( MMT) with full advance payment The package included breakfast and one major meal ( Lunch or Dinner) for all 8 members This booking was confirmed by MMT. While checking in, I requested for extra beds for children in two of the three t rooms, Obviously the children’s will not / ought not to sleep on floor !! As the price paid included accommodation and as well as breakfast and one major meal !! While checking in at the counter this was disputed at the reception by Ms Mayuri, in an *extremely unbelievably and unbusinesslike* manners under pretext that for one child (16 years) She will provide extra beds but not for child (6 years) stating that it would *cost the hotel food charges* as well forgetting that the package confirmed included breakfast and one major meal for all 8 people. This is unimaginable with Taj more so when the deal was done through MMT with clear cut instructions and confirmation with advance payments made. If Taj has any disagreement, it has to be with MMT and ought not to be with guests Ms Mayuri at the Reception Counter was unbelievably adamant without realising what MMT on behalf of the Hotel has agreed and confirmed. It was a bad experience as Ms Mayuri needs more training to look up the standards of Taj. I would urge to the HR Department to train Ms Mayuri before giving any responsibility of such level I’m a member of Tata Nue for over 3-4 years

I stayed with Family and stay was excellent with peacefull Property ***** with top most Food Quality. Chef Manoj, Nikhil ***** with Nayna and Rajesh were so excellent for serving 100% pure Jain Food..!! Best Property nearby Ahmedabad- Gandhinagar
