Lovely room shower great could have done with bottles of water in room

Die Lage war gut. Das Personal war wohl neu und nicht so erfahren.

Location good but access terrible. No on site parking. Lots of big tour buses and public buses and traffic all around front door makes unloading your difficult. Smoking area at front door so steel smoke immediately as enter hotel. Flushing toilet sends water into bathtub. Bathtub around drain discolored and brown. The reading lights on each side bed don’t work. Room extremely small and initially had room with no window, but got changed to another small room with window. Staying in 15 hotels in Ireland - this was worst, and more expensive that other nicer hotels Ireland.

Posizione comodissima, vicino al centro, vicino alla stazione dei treni e dei Bus. Buona la colazione, possibilità di scegliere anche un piatto alla carta oltre al buffet. Personale alla reception molto gentile. Camera pulita e ben attrezzata. L'Hotel ha al suo interno un ristorante con un ottimo servizio ed ottima qualità del cibo, consiglio vivamente se si vuole trascorrere una serata tranquilla, fuori dal caos del centro città. Qualche giorno prima del check in l'hotel ci ha proposto di prenotare la cena ad un prezzo scontato ed è un servizio che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Unica pecca è il prezzo davvero molto alto ma è un problema generale di Galway.

Wow this property is a block away from the train station, away from the main shopping/ pub street, and across the street from Galway day trips. Great location!! Only thing we wish could have changed was there is no way for them to hold bags before check in. Staff finished cleaning early and we only needed to wait for 45 mins, but if we had to arrive earlier it would have been quite a pain. Would recommend this property to anyone going.

Staff were very rude, and very unhelpful. No place to leave bags after checking out, so have to lug around the city if your train or transport is later in the day .
