Older and a bit run down property inside the rooms. Staff were nice. But, we had to change rooms twice when we got there due to cleanliness, but, we ended in a fine room with a great view. However, at breakfast they ran out of some foods. Stay there in a pinch for the price, but not our first recommendation on the Island.

The sink had brown crust around it and hair in it. There was hair on the sheets of one of the beds.

I was sad that the hot tub was not working. But super happy with the solution to use the indoor jacuzzi. I loved the breakfast and complimentary Lemon infused water….. it was so refreshing. Your staff was so helpful and thoughtful. The rooms were clean and enjoyed my stay with my family. I’ll definitely be back because you offer a Military discount.

The stay was great. The area was nice and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean.

We have an open case number with how awful this stay was. I strongly advise anyone looking into this hotel to find another option. Awful business practices have been displayed by this hotel and management team.

This location is a little older but very clean and staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great too. Walking distance to the beach

When were checking in there was only one woman working the desk. She was wonderful, hard working and friendly. I felt another desk attendant would have been helpful.

The room we got the balcony door was broke so we requested another room, it took them a while because they didn’t have staff- the second room also had issues. The overall property needed some TLC.

The hotel was overall clean, had spacious rooms and lobby, a decent breakfast with hot and cold selections, friendly front desk staff that let us check in early with a family of 8 including a 15 month old. We were in walking distance of the beach and lunch and took an Uber for dinner to Bubba Gumps. We booked the shuttle to the cruise port. While waiting to check in we incentivized that the shuttle starts to run behind due to port traffic, so we booked the 9 am shuttle. It picked us up around 9:15 am. The decor is a little outdated, but with 4 people in each room the large space, kitchenette and couch area were nice to spread out and even play some games with our whole family. Overall our stay was 4 out of 5!
