Take a deep breath and relax on the amazing balcony with a close ocean view. Walk on the sandy beach across the street and feel the ocean as it tickles your toes. ▸This condo has fabulous amenities you will love like the large rain shower head in addition to multiple jets in the all glass shower that calms you plus mood lighting that changes colors in the ceiling of all rooms. ▸Take in the amazing kitchen with open shelves and modern appliances. Cooking supplies are provided for you to prepare your favorite meals or enjoy a night out at one of Galveston's top rated restaurants. (This condo provides a small undercounter fridge that does not produce ice-bring a bag if needed.) ▸KING sofa bed! The modern sofa is the highest quality and the back pulls down creating a king bed for extra guests. ▸The private bedroom features a comfortable king bed and smart tv. The twin bunk beds are suited for kids or adults alike. This condo is 521 square feet. ▸Twin bunks great you as you arrive and tuck in creating a special cozy space for kids and adults alike. Embrace Resort-Style Living at Maravilla Complex: ▸ Dive into relaxation with a choice of pools - a large resort pool, a heated pool, and a kiddie pool with beach entry. ▸ Unwind in the large hot tub, perfect for soothing evenings. ▸ Stroll through beautifully landscaped grounds, capturing the essence of a tropical retreat. Ideal for Every Guest: ▸ Couples seeking a romantic escape, families on vacation, or solo travelers will find our condo meets all their needs. ▸ Extra sleeping arrangements and resort amenities ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone. ▸ There is an ice machine conventionally located in the 1st floor atrium in the middle of the complex. Other Things to Note: 1. Construction Notice: ***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm. ***POOLS: The large main pool, hot tub and beach entry pool are OPEN and have been renovated. The east heated pool is being renovated and a 12 man hot tub and splash pad added beginning mid-August and should be completed by mid-December 2025! We are excited to have all of this ready for guests this winter! This renovation project is no where near this condo. 2. Parking Information: Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period. 3. This condo only has a minifridge with a small freezer. It does not produce ice so bring a bag of ice if you prefer (2 ice trays are provided to make ice). 4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers
