It was ok not the worst so it was fine being there for the night

Fridge was nonfunctional & he didn't switch it out for another. I needed the freezer to refreeze the ice bags for my cooler. Was carrying a special lamb roast across the country.The motel had only 3 other rooms occupied, there had to be 30 other fridges there! Heater was EXTREMELY loud & wouldn't obey the thermostat. I woke up when it was nearly 100 degrees in my room. When I booked, he assured me the internet was excellent. It was important because my phone won't work in the US. Signal was very weak & dropped constantly. Someone screwed with the TV options & enlarged the picture so much you couldn't see most of the show. It was enlarged so much you couldn't see the menu options to adjust it back to normal. No fitted sheets, bottom sheet was too small to tuck in. Broken sink, furniture, raggy everything. It was clean though.

Very nice owners. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Not fancy, not a lot of extras like breakfast, soaps, etc. But frig, microwave, good heater. Very good pillows and bed, hot water. Better than a higher priced place stayed at day before and it smelled good.

I was charged an additional $3 due to wanting a room on the ground floor, closer to me vehicle as I'm traveling solo and leave very early. After running my card, the property manager hands me a roll of toilet paper, as "there might not be any". Upon getting into to room, there is visible staining on most of the furniture, bedspread, curtains etc..the door would not shut unless locked by key, so if you had to run back to the car for anything, the choice was to lock/unlock with metal key, or allow the door to stay wide open. There were yellow stains on pillow cases and two long, black hairs on bed sheets. Under the bed was filthy and I found a dirty sock from another person's stay so I assume they don't take a lot of time/care when cleaning (will attach pictures if app allows). The shower window faces a roadway and does not have frosted glass or a curtain. I ended up sleeping on the top of the comforter and leaving 4hrs later.

It was a good budget friendly motel. Plenty of parking, restaurants and stores are near by. The lady working the front desk was very sweet. It could've used other drinks in the vending machine, and the ice machine wasn't working. Other then that a decent little place. I would stay again.

It's a quaint little place that offers a rustic charm. If you're expecting the Ritz then you may want to pass but if you're looking for a place to rest your head then this is the place. Staff is extremely friendly and very prompt to correct any issues you have. They even called within minutes of me checking in to make sure everything was in ok. It's right off I-40 and only a five minute drive into the heart of Gallup. If I come by this way again I would tay here.

Hotel horrivel... nao tinha nem toalhas de banho, tivemos que nos secar com toalha pra rosto. Ficamos apenas 4horas pois estavamos na estrada, mas as condições eram pessimas...

If you go in expecting luxury, you’ll be very disappointed. If, however, you need a place to sleep/rest with the basic amenities of shower, TV, fridge, and microwave, you’ll love this place for the price. I stayed one night during a trip across the country and it served me well as far providing a place to rest, shower (which I hadn’t done so far during the trip due primarily to sleeping in campgrounds), and watch Sunday Night Football (which I was actually looking forward to).

Customer service was quick and polite.Lady at front desk was friendly and easy going person. i got huge room with 2 beds. A lot of parking space and close to road intersections. I am very happy to stay here.
