蓋洛普SpringHill Suites飯店(SpringHill Suites Gallup)

전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 뉴멕시코에서 애리조나로 넘어가는 길목에 위치한 갤럽에서 스프링힐스위트는 가격대비 만족도가 아주 훌륭했습니다. 또한 스프링힐스위트다운 넓은 방 덕분에 가족들 모두 짐을 모두 정리한 후에도 편안하고 쾌적한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.

The room was very spacious, not your typical room layout. Just have to remember to be out of my room early next time; the cleaning staff were already ready to clean the room before check out time, 11:00 am. I had the hotel breakfast, everything was good.

There were close dining options and the staff was nice. We were surprised that it was not quite up to normal Marriott standards, though. There was nobody at the desk when we came to check in and others were waiting. The toilet paper holder was coming off the wall. There was a used bandaid in the corner of the bathroom and the tub was stained.

I checked in and went to my room. It shocked me. My room was dirty with trashes. They did not ensure my reservation. They just gave me an used room. My wife and I took two kids (4 yrs and 2 month) and drove for 5 hours to here. It made me furious.

The room I was given, the TV did not work when we checked in. The phone was also not working. Very inconvenient. The staff was helpful getting us into a new room on the same floor. But the new room the curtains were torn down and we were not able to close them. I informed the front desk and they did not do anything about it. The TV in the new room was also not working. Spent two days in a room with no tv. Will definitely pick a different place to stay next trip.

Worn out areas around elevators, signs advising of renovations in progress . So hopeful possibility for future.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows, unable to control thermostat for the heater, but the breakfast was good.

Tv and heat didnt work and the desk was suppose to tell us, so no TV and 74 degree room. Also, when we got to the third floor last night, a unattended vacumn was sitting there when we got off the elevator last night and still there this morning. I have pictures. My bill needs reversed.
