Josan別墅(Josan Villa with a Glorious Beach and Sea View)

Just back from 3 weeks at this amazing boutique hotel. 5* accommodation with large luxury bedrooms with your own sitting room and large balcony overlooking the beautiful sandy beach. Fabulous en suite with wonderful shower. Incredible mood lighting throughout. The restaurant serves an amazing variety of food for breakfast and dinner and we ate here most days with the sound of the sea in the background. The best staff I have encountered anywhere on our travels. John and Sandun were on hand to answer all our questions and ensure we had the best time ever. Pawan, the bar manager, Thiwanka and Sudasha were just incredible, happy, smiling and attentive to our every need. Ravindra cleaned our room to a very high standard. If you are looking for a high end experience, privacy and excellent restaurant then look no further, this is the best you will get anywhere in Sri Lanka. A truly special, unique, and personal experience.

This little 5star, adult only gem is situated right on the beach. Personally run by the owner, John and his enthusiastic staff , who gave us a very warm welcome and catered to our every need. There are 3 large suites, all with a postcard view of the beach and ocean. Breakfast each day was amazing and could be adjusted to individual tastes. We had 3 evening meals during our stay, all of which were outstanding and we can't wait to go back to taste some more! The suite was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The patio doors to the balcony opened right back to give the perfect view. Every inch of the suite was immaculately clean and serviced daily. The WiFi was excellent all over the hotel. Well done John and team for making my birthday week one to remember. And thank you for the cake, such a lovely thought.

Have just spent 3 weeks at Josan Villa... This property is set right on a magnificent beach, with access to it off of a sandy sundeck. This really is one of THE Locations in Sri Lanka. The rooms are pristine and incredibly spacious, with all the facilities of a 5* hotel. The view from the large balconies is over the Beach and Ocean. The staff look after everything you need, and Sandun, Issu and Nat deserve special mention for all their help and service. Owner John is always at hand to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.... The food is varied and beautifully presented; and served on a Terrace overlooking the beach; alongside a walk-in pool. The Breakfast is fantastic, with so much choice - including Eggs Benedict and Sri Lankan Omelettes. For any personal supplies, there is a mini supermarket close by, a bank next door, and other supply outlets within the immediate locality. I loved my stay here, and will definitely be returning again when I can......

Good place! amazing view and so kind and helpful staff! New light and stylish rooms. Recommend for 100%. If you say here you don't need to find any restaurant or cafes everything what you need you can find here. The most respectful place in Koggala beach.
