Property is close to UF and is away from the high traffic area. Entrance to the hotel is on the side of the hotel and not in front - entrance is narrow and hard to find specially at nighttime. Hotel does have parking area behind the hotel.

The location of the hotel did not seem like it was in the best part of town. The area around the hotel appeared unkept and dirty.
The lobby did not appear very clean and the rooms were no better. There was stains all over the carpet, on the couch of the pull out bed, stains on the ceiling and walls. There was also hair on AC vents. The mattress protectors were also stained, were worn out, and had holes on them.
For the price I expected better. I would not stay again.

El hotel está terrible un ruido en el aire que no pude dormir además no limpian la habitación diaria y hubo una fiesta el Viernes en la piscina hasta las 3 pm y tampoco pude dormir además no tienen cobija en la cama y el protector de la caña estaba de cobija terrible más nunca me quedo ahí

Nice hotel, it felt fairly new. I thought the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable, but surprisingly I did not wake up with a back ache (despite my 3 back surgeries). Front desk clerks were very friendly and accommodating (even the night crew at 1:30 am). Breakfast could use some improvement and the kitchen staff could use some cheering up. Room was clean and smelled nice, despite the fact that they were short staffed for being Christmas eve.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. The staff is super nice and the rooms are great. I travel with my mom and the room is perfect for her needs (accessible bathroom, extra spacious room for her walker)... i will definitely go back

Shower had hair on the walls, black on the floor, and not enough pressure to run the shower head. Couch was stained, and there was trash on the floor
