This property was one of the best Hampton Inns I've stayed at. The bathroom design was beyond EXCELLENT! Location very favorable for eateries and even everyday shopping. The only drawback was proximity to train track. however if one stays at the end of building furthest from the track sleep should not be interrupted. Very clean, All customary amenities.

Breakfast bar was always cold and very bland. Didnt get housekeeping. We told them not to bother after staying out of the room until after11 waiting. It was just ok

Not very good Front desk person seemed too bored to do anything and unfriendly. Room was clean but sparse and not worth paying more than for a Red Roof Inn. I expected much more from a Hampton Inn Hotel: chairs didn't even match and one was a hard as a rock desk chair (w no desk); no amenities in the bathroom. All in all, very disappointing for the price and anticipated quality.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good with several options. Utilize the gym, everything you need and clean is there. Great location!

The Hampton Inn is currently undergoing a remodel. Our bathroom was new and the room was updated. The bed was comfortable. The bad thing about a remodel is some things are not available. The gym was closed during our stay. The train does pass by but the heat/ac vent blocks out most of it. The breakfast was good. Overall, it is a good place to stay while we visit family in the area.

Friendly Staff,Great Service, Room for Improvement The front desk and staff were friendly and welcoming. I had an issue with the AC in my room, but thankfully, a helpful member of the housekeeping team on my floor was able to assist and get it working. I later found out that some friends staying in other rooms experienced the same issue but didn’t ask for help, so they ended up being uncomfortably warm. The room itself felt reasonably clean, though there was an odd smell—something like hair or lotion products from a previous guest—which wasn’t very pleasant. On the positive side, the pool area was very nice and enjoyable. Breakfast was your standard hotel fare, but the food was decent and satisfying.
