Bathroom had no exhaust fan. Tub base needs more non-slip footing. Sink area lighting was not very good, especially for women applying makeup etc. Couch was hard and very uncomfortable, however bed was very comfortable. Not sure we will use Marriot again, as there are many other options in this area.

Another disappointing stay at Springhill Suites. Even though the last time I stayed at a Springhill Suites I had multiple issues, I went ahead and gave them another try. This property was worse. My toilet would not flush or fill. There was ********** in my shower, and there was dirt, debris, and hair on the floors. Gross! All I get from the management is "sorry about that"

Suite is out of balance in temperature due to HVAC blocked by bed. I had to check the windows twice to make sure they were shut as you can hear highway and airport traffic clearly. Stayed at another hotel just as close and it was quiet. People arguing for 45 minutes in parking lot in the middle of the night, had to call the desk to quiet them. Shuttle service is a major disappointment and this was the main reason we chose this hotel. Was told that shuttle does not start until 7 a.m. and we needed to be at the airport by 6:30 so we had to keep our rental car an extra day. Both times I went to front desk they did not acknowledge my presence until they finished what they were doing. Toilet seat was very loose, towel bar fell off when I went to hang a towel. Shower valve is on the wrong end of shower so you have to reach all the way to the back to turn the water on and hope you don't turn it too high like I did and had to reach into scalding water to adjust.

This is an older property that has had SOME renovations but is still showing it’s age and is a bit run down in appearance. The under window wall style air conditioning unit was loud at times. The carpet in the hallways was dingy/dirty looking with obvious stains. We stayed for 5 nights and our room was only tidied up one single time. We had 2 adults and 2 kids so we had to wave down housekeeping in the hall for extra towels on more than one occasion. Used towels weren’t removed during our stay except during that 1 tidy up and we eventually started placing our trash out in the hallway so it wasn’t overflowing in our room. The employees were all very nice. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t understand the purpose of having a separate sink area but not providing soap/paper towels for that area. It was just okay. I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again but I don’t necessarily know if there’s anything better in the surrounding area either.

El hotel bien en general. Muy amable la Srita de recepcion, pero el wc del cuarto estaba tapado, no servia, nos dieron la opcion de cambiar de habitacion porque no habia nadie de mantenimiento.

The hotel was cleaned, smelled good. The person at the check in was so nice. He let us check in early. I don’t have any complaint for this hotel.

The property was clean and well cared for. The bathroom area however was not at all conducive to my wife applying her makeup. Lighting was not bright enough. It could also have used a magnifying mirror.

Great helpful courteous staff. The room was clean & spacious. Subway right next door if needed. Airport shuttle offered.
