阿里亞大飯店(The Grand Aria Hotel and Conference Centre)

The only reason this review gets 3 stars is thanks to the wonderful staff. This hotel is a noise box. Not only does it face a plethora of motors from the shopping center adjacent to it but the hotel itself is stagerringly noisy. Outside my window I counted at least 18 airconditioner motors spewing noise. On my floor, the motor noise from the end of the passage was also loud. I could not open the window of my room as it would be an assault to my senses. I had to resort to switching on my aircon. The fan from my bathroom was so loud and permanently on. And the final straw was the mega extractor on the roof of the kitchen. The grounds are beautiful but cannot be enjoyed as it feels as if you're in the middle of a runway. The staff and particularly the manager tried his best to get me a room that was quiet but alas! that is not possible in that hotel. I could not wait to leave.

Have now been a long stay guest on two occasions and have to say that both visits have been delightful. On both occasions I had huge rooms that were immaculate in every respect. Housekeeping do a good job in keeping rooms spotless. Staff in the hotel go the extra mile for you and quite soon you feel like a member of their family. Lovely swimming pool that is usually empty

It was a pleasant stay in the heart of Gaborone. The room was comfortable and clean. Would recommend it to colleague for next busniess trips. The price was worth the facility and the service was also nice

The room was well prepared and clean excellent service from staff, food well prepared and thanks to Sunday mng manager and Staff for making my birthday special. Tebogo and the team for Saturday afternoon the warm welcome and service we got was exceptional. I would definitely go back.

Room service and cleanliness perfect. Receptionist so welcoming ❤️ Restaurant attendants not too observant when done eating plates pile by the table, and they drag their feet to attend for help. Otherwise, all in all good 😊

I had a great time during my stay. The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. I would suggest however that you up your game on the coffee sachets that are put in the room. Ricoffee isn’t really coffee!

Everything was good. In our initial room the Aircon was not working but they moved us quickly and without any trouble. They however did not let us know the time schedule for breakfast, so we were late for Breakfast but they offered us 2 options which was great customer service.

Rooms are nice and spacious, and pool area is lovely. The kitchen was out of stock on many basic items like cheese, tomatoes, avocadoes and most items we tried to order were out of stock so to that end the menu was very limited for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
