Th rooms are quite good but the restaurant was not up to standard. The room service number was not working so one had to call reception and reception would call the restaurant. I ordered well cooked steak without blood but they brought me steak not well roasted with some blood visible. Had to send it back. The fish was small and not sufficient such that we had to buy a Pizza to be satisfied. The Pizza was mostly just cheese with not really much else. My room service bill was messed up so that I was delayed at checkout sorting out the bill. The room service waiter seemed to be inexperienced. No salt was provided for the meal which was very strange.

I had a generally comfortable stay at this hotel, but certain aspects made me feel uneasy. One major concern was security—there's no key card required to access the lifts to the rooms, which wouldn’t be an issue if the front desk were always staffed. However, there were times when no one was present. On my first night, I returned to find several drunk men lingering near the entrance, which was unsettling as a woman traveling alone. The food was decent, with a variety of options, but I found it overpriced for the quality. I was often the only person in the dining room, which made for a somewhat odd atmosphere. If you're looking for a better dining experience, I highly recommend the Indian restaurant next door at Westgate Mall—delicious food at more reasonable prices. That said, the hotel has its highlights. The grounds are stunning, and the infinity pool is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. A special thanks to Tebogo, Mr. Charles, and Dapney for their warm hospitality—they truly made me feel welcome.

Grand Aria to me was awesome service from receptionist ,very clean rooms.The manager kept on communicating with me.

The stay was good. On arrival l never got the airport shuttle service despite booking for it when l made my reservation. However, having used your shuttle on departure, l wish to comend the professionalism of your driver.

I find it interesting that instead of addressing the more serious concerns, like the mould in the shower and lack of privacy due to the damaged curtains, you chose to focus on disputing whether I asked for basic necessities like a plug and a blanket. This response suggests that you’re okay with those cleanliness and privacy issues, which should have been your first priority as a hotel. To clarify, I did visit the front desk to request a plug because the phone was not working, and I was told none were available. I was even offered the option to purchase one at my own expense, which I declined. It’s disappointing that instead of owning these shortcomings, you chose to deflect the blame onto your guest. Lastly, basic amenities like blankets, plugs and a functional safe should be in place before a guest arrives, regardless of the hour. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the overall guest experience, especially in areas that directly impact comfort and safety. Please refrain from misrepresenting the situation. I gave an honest review based on what I encountered during my stay - exactly as you requested.

I stayed for two nights. My Messo room was a decent size, clean and well furnished. Great looking shower and bathroom, enough storage etc. No complaints about the rooms. The breakfast was a treat, but the dinner was dissapointing unfortunately. I was the only one in the restaurant, but my steak still came back cold? This happens when a place is quiet, people lose focus. So I understand. It’s not the end of the world. They can fix that. I will definately go back there again.
