We stayed for our honeymoon in Madeira and loved it! The spa amenities, daily breakfast buffet and of course the views were incredible. We rented a car from the front desk and that process was SO easy and seamless. Parking was free and easy. This was the perfect spot for us to easily get on the highways and explore the island of Madeira each day. My husband and I are truly so pleased

Plus qu’un 4 étoiles. La vie est spectaculaire sur tout Funchal est la baie, la piscine extérieure et l’ensemble des équipement sont au top. La chambre deluxe est plus une suite car énorme et superbement équipée et champagne mignardises et bruschetta à l’arrivée en chambres des accès et rabais spécifiques pour la catégorie de la chambre. Le parking gratuit. Facile d’accès en voiture et à pied. Je recommande vivement

What can I say? This property was 10 out of 10 coming from New York we loved everything about it with the balcony facing room of the water. Staff were super friendly. Food was good when everything in the area was closed down and my massage with Maria was out of this world book your spot ahead of time because it sells out very quickly. Upon arrival there’s no openings

Séjour parfait Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est bienveillant, efficace et très avenant. Le service est de qualité. Nous avions réservé en chambre Deluxe ce qui nous a offert quelques avantages :) Et n’oublions pas le point fort de l’hôtel : la vue ! Pour un prochain voyage à Madère, il est certain que nous reviendrons !

Flott hotell med fantastisk utsikt Flott opphold på rent og pent hotell med fantastisk utsikt og flotte fellesområder. Utsikt både fra frokostsal, bar og bassengområde, som for øvrig var veldrevet med fine solsenger og svært godt renhold. Vi hadde bestilt rom med sjøutsikt og balkong. Balkongen var veldig liten, men de fine fellesområdene veide opp for det. Fint opplegg med 3 euro pr dag man ikke ba om renhold

The staff are just amazing and friendly. Location is within minutes of the town centre. Pool lovely. We had a junior suite on floor 10 so views were wonderful. Totally recommend this place.

The hotel had lovely decor and the public areas were always clean. The breakfast and dinner buffet was exceptional: a great choice and high quality foods. The room was very comfortable, and quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was good throughout. The pool bar served lovely drinks at a reasonable price. My only negative comment would be that the room surfaces and floors were a little dusty even after the room had been cleaned. Everything else was excellent and I would stay here again.

I didn't like that it was not walkable for someone with arthritis. We couldn't make a reservation for the rooftop dining experience, so had limited food options. Although, the buffet food was very good. The fruit left as a welcome gift should have been refreshed. Also, the pool area needs to be updated with new cushions, the existing ones were very soiled. Lidia was very warm and welcoming.

Great hotel We loved our stay here. Amazing food, nice staff, great big rooms. The only downside is that we were put into an accessible room when we didn’t need it so the toilet and shower were not very comfortable. Parking gets very busy in the afternoon-evening
