Alojamento na zona baixa da cidade, perto de tudo! Terraço no piso superior com vista privilegiada sobre o Funchal. Pequeno almoço na Bioforma (menu 2) muito apetitoso. Não obstante, há aspetos a melhorar (4.º andar, apartamento 5) tais como janelas com melhor isolamento sonoro e reparação da porta do chuveiro.

Considering the price I would have expected better costumer service. Moved to a different location (2 blocks away). The apartment spacious but very warm (directly under the roof, strong A.C. Though) in noisy neighborhood. No answer to my message, had to call them. Claimed I could leave my luggage with another hotel but was actually a (pricey) storage service I would have had to pay for…

Big place in very central location, 2 supermarkets right outside the door. The rooftop terrace was great to watch the sun go down. We liked the spacious shower, the comfy bed and the cleaning ladies have done a great job (they clean the apartment and change towels etc every day). The contact with the host over the phone was easy, helpful and reliable. The breakfast is okay but after several days gets a bit boring, maybe a little bit more variation would be good (for example not the exact same cheese and ham every day). The noise of the air conditioning across the road can be disturbing, we did get used to it but if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs! ;-)

The whole package of these apartments was excellent.... huge list of likes. Very central, good security via key codes for entrance and apartment doors. The apartment we were in was freshly decorated only a month ago. We had a standard apartment, which was larger than we expected and was very well equipped with everything you would need. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. The apartments house keeping manager, Zita and her team were excellent. The rooms were serviced every day, beds made up and fresh towels. Exceptional levels of service. The roof terrace was amazing with 360 degree views of Funchal. It was ideal to take your breakfast up there in the morning. Breakfast is very simple and basic but a nice touch. There is a supermarket right outside the front door, which was convenient. Restaurants are all close by and there is a taxi rank 30m away when required. (The supermarket across the road has a noisy fan in the mornings before it opens at 8am, so I would request an apartment on a higher floor if available. Even with this noisy fan we would still not hesitate to stay there again though, as there are so many positives). In summary, for a central city centre apartment it ticked all the boxes. Tremendous value for money.
