富士吉田市設有 Spa 的飯店

從東京羽田機搭大巴可以直接到酒店門口，巴士站就在酒店旁邊，直線距離100米吧，超級方便！如果要去富士急樂園玩的小夥伴，別猶豫，直接訂這家酒店，步行3-5分鐘就到，就在酒店後面。 酒店總體來説還不錯，訂的富士山景房，天氣好時富士山拉開窗簾即可見（圖1）；天氣不好時，能見度捉急，這座休眠火山説消失就消失（圖2）。 酒店有免費shuttle bus到河口湖，富士山站等。 周圍吃飯的地方挺多，可步行到達，也可蹭shuttle bus，坐一站。（我們入住時酒店自己的湯池在裝修，酒店為我們提供了另一家臨近酒店的湯，需要在前台預約shuttlebus的座位。5分鐘車程，從酒店到另一家酒店，這班shuttle bus途徑很多飯店，泡完湯往回酒店的路上可以順便吃飯。非常推薦“三星”這家居酒屋，東西好好吃！價錢還實惠！） 從酒店到富士觀景台也超級近，步行5分鐘吧，就在富士急樂園旁邊，登上觀景台可以與富士急樂園最大的過山車零距離，下觀景台可以選擇從55米高處坐滑滑梯下去，非常刺激！ 打車回酒店，幾乎所有司機都知道這家酒店，報酒店名即可。 酒店的早餐還不錯，也是正對富士山的。 非常滿意，經濟實惠，性價比非常高！

First time in Mount Fuji area and parkland. This hotel / ryokan is gigantic! It almost felt like being in some sort of cruiseship with different sections and corridors and restaurants, etc. So initially, it was a bit overwhelming because of it's size. The hotel / ryokan itself is spread over 4 buildings, and has a beautiful and huge garden. Staff all appeared to work very hard, seemingly polite, but with very poor / non-existent English. So beware if you can't speak any Japanese. The room was basic, small, and functional. We had 4 rooms - 3 ryokan style and 1 western style with an outdoor bath. The western style room was more expensive, but smaller than the other standard ryokan rooms. There were redundant furniture in the room which made it very cramped. It all comes across as a very ”commercially run” ryokan. They even charged us for a smallish bucket of ice! The air-conditioning system did not work at all. So the room got very stuffy and warm unless you open the windows / doors. Breakfast was good, with a variety of good quality Japanese and Western options. That was really the main saving grace. The kaiseki dinner we had was the worst I've had in any ryokan. All pre-prepared and cold, and rather tasteless. The staff were more interested to finish quickly and go home! All in all, this was a huge let-down. It's a very impersonal mass market type ryokan. Not recommended.

Stayed at this accomodation one night. Room had no power to begin with, and staff had to scramble to fix the issue. Not a good first impression. Room was passable but staff are, quite frankly, terrible - trying to communicate with any of the staff even for simple requests (like trying to arrange a taxi) was like pulling teeth. It was advertised as a tourist hotel, but none of the staff seem to speak English - I understand not everyone does, that’s fine - but at least make an effort to assist or find someone who can - all I got was a shrug and staff staring at me as if I had two heads. Perhaps they need more training, because service is poor. If this was a cheaper place to stay it would be easier to overlook, but with the going rate of a room (not cheap) I expected better. Advertised as tourist Not good, and overall not a happy customer.

We spent a night in this hotel. The check in was very smooth. One thing I didn’t like is I have to wait for their shuttle for very very long time. It was actually the bus shuttle that cause us to miss to see the full Fuji mountain before the cloud starts to cover the mountain. Plus it was the bus’ fault that cause us to miss a lot of intro greeting and their garden experience. People should get there in the morning and really experience that whole day of this hotel can give you since their bus shuttle runs slow and delay.

房間很温馨，有免費的温泉，可以看到富士山。適合親子旅遊，周圍吃飯也很方便，服務態度很好。剛開始空調温度不夠，耐心幫忙解決。
