Falta alguien en recepción

Just a nice tidy hostal with own room. Shower took a little while to heat up but all was good

Pone Hosta Costabella ** superior en una banderola grande. Se supone que un hostal es un hotel pequeño.No hay persona alguna en recepción, solo un cartel en la puerta con una dirección.Con las maletas y un calor sofocante hay que ir a hacer el cheking a las 4 de la tarde a una oficina que está bastante lejos. La habitación estaba limpia, y con muebles nuevos.El dosificador de la ducha que pone Gel-Champú, vacio. Solo había una ventana pequeña que daba a la calle.Pero con una humedad exagerada no habia manera de secar las toallas del baño ni de la playa.Preguntamos pero solo habia una azotea para que las limpiadoras la usen. No volveremos nunca.Creo que quieren hacer lo que está de moda "apartamentos turísticos". Pero antes deben acondicionar y mejorar la estancia.

Después de estar dos horas intentando contactar con ellos para hacer el chekig me tuve que marchar a otro hotel porque no me cogían el teléfono. Unos irresponsables.No pueden hacer eso a la gente después de tener pagado tú hostal,robo por la cara.

Do not go there it is not worth it. The Faro Home does not live up to their promises on the website. Bad cleaning only twice a week.Very difficult to contact them. No breakfast in spite their promises.They do not speak English in their office. Rude staff.

After staying at Hostel Costabella a couple of times some years ago, we thought it would be nice to stay there again. Unfortunately it was not. This is the abbreviated list of problems/concerns that I sent via email to Hostel Costbella after our stay there: Having to book in and collect the room key from a different location without prior notice. (My wife is disabled, so it made it very difficult for us). Not enough pillows provided. Sand on the floor of the room when we first arrived. A toilet roll with just 10 sheets of paper on it. and the lift broke down. All of these concerns could have been dealt with had there been a member of staff available. I have not received any response or acknowledgement of my email to Hostel Costabella. We will not be staying there again.
