This was a great hotel we booked at the last minutes. We came here based on the outstanding reviews online. The staff were very attentive and courteous. The hotel feels new and modern. Price was reasonable. Lots of options for food nearby. Easy drive to Dallas from the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here if in Frisco.

I’m breaking up with Dallas and staying in Frisco! We loved our stay here! The service was excellent from the moment we walked in the door and we were greeted with a lovely Valentine’s Day drink. The room was warm and welcoming. The music in the bar was nice. The restaurant was fantastic! We want to come back when it’s warmer to enjoy the beautiful rooftop pool with a view. We highly recommend!

Very beautiful hotel and very nice rooms. Valet only parking is pretty frustrating as the giant parking lot is literally 20 feet from the entrance. Lobby is beautiful and cozy. Service in the lounge was lacking, waited 20 minutes for someone to come by, eventually had to ask to host if someone was coming, they did comp our dessert for that which was nice. Walk to The Star is easy, but be aware the street you cross has some fast traffic, be careful. While we were out for the day, my wife left her silky pajamas sitting on top of the bed where she always does. Upon our arrival they were gone. We checked everywhere in the room, called the front desk, and did a lost and found report with them and they never showed up. This was pretty frustrating as we know where we left them, so something seems a bit suspicious here. The lack of effort to recover the missing item was also frustrating.

Wow, what a lovely new property! We spent 3 nights here over Christmas. We were greeted so warmly by Renee at the front desk. While our reservation was being amended(my fault), she gave me a glass of Hall vineyards wine , which was excellent. Renee is a great ambassador for your property. Teamwork excels here. We saw it in action at the restaurant and front desk. Chris in the restaurant is a great addition and ambassador. The first night at dinner , Mariia was our server. She is excellent. Chris provided some tips on the menu. Christmas buffet was excellent! The food was delicious! Bryson and Alex were super at valet. I also saw Renee and an another front desk person go out to help a guest who pulled up, while Alexis Bryson were getting a vehicle. Can’t recommend too highly!

Loved the Hotel Architecture and bar/reception area from the onset. They have live music and she was great. Her name is reagan James and she sang our favorite Chris Isaac’s “ Wicked game” in perfect harmony and with her own special touch. 👏👏👏🥂, Then we went on to chk in and Brenna &Erica (Mngr) made us so very happy by having house keeping clean our room and get it ready. Erica made us feel at home by offering us welcome drinks while our room is getting prepped which was very nice of her. Overall great experience and wonderful ambiance in this Hotel. Highly recommended!
