Come stay at our fully furnished two bedroom condo. It is located at Mountainside condominiums in Frisco, Colorado. A terrific location if you want a spectacular view. Just off the deck is a view of Ten Mile Range with a stream running through the property. The bike path that runs from Breckenridge to Vail is also right outside our back door. There are picnic tables and outdoor grills for fun filled picnics in the spring and summer, while there is a wood burning fireplace welcoming you inside during the winter months.Activities abound in the Summit County area, whether it's summer, spring, winter or fall...Whether you love to downhill ski or cross-country ski, you'll find a variety of trails ranging from beginner to expert at one of four easily accessible ski areas; Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper or Keystone. Free shuttle service is available to all of these ski areas from Frisco. The summers are wonderful in Summit County as well. Fishing and boating on the Dillon Reservoir are very popular, while hiking and biking are what draws others to the mountains. Our condominium has a clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot-tub, sauna and racquetball court, while outside there are three hot-tubs and a tennis court. There are also laundry facilities in the clubhouse. Our condo is located on the first floor with one assigned covered parking space. It has a master bedroom with a pillow-top king bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom. The other bedroom has a Queen size bed with a nice size closet. The second full bathroom is off the hallway. Our kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans and utensils for the gourmet cook. Enjoy the den with the fireplace and awesome view of the mountains behind you. Take in the beautiful view while sitting on the deck and grilling on the gas grill. Our condo is a short walk to all the shops, restaurants & nightlife Frisco has to offer. Beautiful mountain views. Free Wifi, cable and covered parking. Excellent, recently remodeled amenities including indoor and outdoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, tennis, volleyball, and racketball courts. Recently updated (November of 2022) with new carpet, tile, paint, appliances, lighting and bedroom furniture. Ideally located near 5 major ski resorts!The condo has 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen and king bed, with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the second full bathroom down the hall. The living room has a loveseat with a pull out twin sleeper. There are great views from the deck, which is equipped with a propane grill. In November of 2022 I have updated the condo with many new cosmetic and practical updates including new carpet, tile, paint, appliances, lighting and bedroom furniture. There are still things that need updating (I am looking at you... bathrooms). The condo is super conveniently located with wonderful amenities and plenty of beds for everyone. Cozy 850 sf, the condo is furnished with an eye towards functionality and efficiency. To save space I have included a coffee table that converts to a dining table and folding upholstered dining chairs that easily stow out of the way. Also, all of the bedroom end tables have built-in outlets, so you will never have to search for an outlet to charge your electronics. The new memory foam queen sofa sleeper in the living room and love seat provides plenty of seating to watch TV or play games. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig for hot cocoa or coffee and a crock pot to warm you up on cold days! Enjoy a gas fireplace and fast internet, as well. The condo also offers covered, reserved parking and a gas grill on the patio. Mountainside is known for having the best complimentary recreational facilities for guests, including an indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, steam room, sauna, racquetball court, outside tennis and volleyball court, hiking trails, nordic ski trails and bike path to Copper Mountain, Vail and Breckenridge. They are all available at no additional cost and just steps from the front door. We are only 6 blocks from downtown Frisco and four major ski resorts. The free shuttle system from the town of Frisco will take you to Copper Mountain, Keystone and Breckenridge. The Frisco Marina is only a 10-15 minute walk.
