Frisco is centrally located for all your outdoor fun includinga fantastic marina with a fun outdoor restaurant! It’s a short drive (or free shuttle) to Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, A-Basin, Vail, and Loveland. This is the best location in Summit County, as you can walk to the bike path, Main Street, or the marina. Newly remodeled 2 story, 1 BR 2 BA condo which has everything you need to have a hassle free getaway in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. You will be completely spoiled in luxury while visiting my home. THE SPACEThe condo has been remodeled with all you need for a comfortable stay including many upgrades; soaker tub, rain shower, fireplace, and a modern kitchen. It is a 2 story condo, so plenty of space for privacy if you have 4 people. A king sized bed is upstairs, and a comfortable queen sized sofa bed is located in the living room. There is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs as well. You will have partially covered free parking for 1 car in front of the condo, and uncovered free parking behind the unit if you have more than 1 vehicles.All appliances are new including refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, large washer/dryer, and a brand new boiler! I DO NOT HAVE A MICROWAVE and have not ever used one so if that is important to you another unit may be more suitable. LOCATIONThe unit is centrally located in Frisco, 5 min. walking distance to the transfer station (primary bus depot to DIA/Greyhound), Main Street (15 min), Lake Dillon (10 min), and shopping area including Whole Foods (5 min). It is on the route of the Summit Stage which takes you to 3 of the 8 ski areas in this region. Vail is a 25 min drive and Beaver Creek 35 min. The Mogul Hut is a 3rd (Top) floor condo with vaulted ceilings, skylight, remodeled kitchen, stone fireplace, King bed primary, upper floor Loft w/Queen bed, Full Size Bunk Room w/extra twin and 2 full bathrooms. The balcony has views of Buffalo Mountain, Peak 1, and many more as well as a creek flowing down just below. We are walking distance to the Frisco bike path and only a 1/2 mile from downtown Frisco and free Summit County shuttle. We are in Building C, which is the closest you can be to the clubhouse that features an indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, racquetball / pickleball, sauna, steam room, laundry, and locker rooms. There is also an outdoor tennis court, sand volleyball, and horseshoe pit. Welcome to "The Lodge!" Our cozy condo is located in charming, historic Frisco, Colorado in the popular Mountainside complex, a quiet complex that borders the White River National Forest. Frisco is centrally located in the heart of Summit County near Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone. It has been the favorite vacation spot for our family in the summer and winter for over ten years! Our cute, first floor one bedroom one bath is impeccably maintained and remodeled with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and all new furniture. This peaceful, quiet condo has stunning mountain views. The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed, mattress and a new TV. The new memory foam queen sofa sleeper in the living room and love seat provides plenty of seating to watch TV or play games. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig for hot cocoa or coffee and a crock pot to warm you up on cold days! Enjoy a gas fireplace and fast internet, as well. The condo also offers covered, reserved parking and a gas grill on the patio. Mountainside is known for having the best complimentary recreational facilities for guests, including an indoor pool, 4 hot tubs, steam room, sauna, racquetball court, outside tennis and volleyball court, hiking trails, nordic ski trails and bike path to Copper Mountain, Vail and Breckenridge. They are all available at no additional cost and just steps from the front door. We are only 6 blocks from downtown Frisco and four major ski resorts. The free shuttle system from the town of Frisco will take you to Copper Mountain, Keystone and Breckenridge. The Frisco Marina is only a 10-15 minute walk.
