Converted mill with private pool. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Private walled garden. Located in the hamlet of La Molineta near the white village of Frigiliana. A spacious and luxurious house decorated with hand made tiles and original artwork.The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a lounge with wood burning stove, a separate dining room and kitchen. There is also an utility room with washing machine. Double doors lead from the lounge to the dining terrace with pergola and built in BBQ. From the dining terrace 2 steps lead to the tiled sun terrace and then on to the pool terrace surrounded by superb planting. The garden is completely walled and private. The pool is 8m. x 4m.Off a half landing is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with its own access direct to the garden. On the upper floor is a twin bedroom; a double bedroom with air conditioning and a dressing room with a single bed, ideal for a young child. There is also on this floor a family bathroom and roof terrace with fantastic views. A quite, comfortable and rustic Apartament for short term rent in the beautiful, traditional village of Frigiliana. This one bedroom apartament is located inside the village only 5 minutes to the old town. Inside the apartment is rustic and bright and faces south-east so there is plenty of sunshine in the afternoons. The apartment has a double bedroom.There is a full bathroom and the living space and kitchen is open plan and full equipped. The living has a sofa and tv. Outside there is a terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy outside dinning and wonderful views to the mountains and nerja beach's rivers.
