샌프란시스코에서 요세미티 국립공원 방문 후 라스베가스 이동 중에 하루 숙박하였습니다 로비 직원분이 매우 친절하였습니다 객실이 깨끗하고 공간이 넓었습니다 Wifi 인터넷 속도가 매우 빨랐습니다 주변이 매우 조용하였고 소음 문제가 전혀 없습니다

i was not informed it was under construction, there were so many things wrong too many to mention, but broken things everywhere in the room and in the facility... noises all night long of clicking and waking me up all night long, no support from the staff and nothing worked from elevators to shower heads

The hotel was under construction. Not much parking and no elevator. Was nice for a person with heart problems to carry luggage up 4 flights. The cover for the drain came off and cut open my foot. The night guy was cool and helpful but the lady in the morning could have cared less and was no nice.

The room had a weird smell. Opening windows did not help with smell. We as a family of four got a throat infection because of the smell. We asked for a new room but none was available.

Photos show a bathtub for the upgraded room I booked. That was the only reason I chose that room. It had a shower and the front desk was not able to resolve or offer any other solution.

There were two major problems with my stay. First, the hotel was completely understaffed overnight. They only had one person working, it seemed, so getting new blankets was awkward. Second, the mattress was terrible. It was so soft you sank all the way down to the box spring when you sat down. Sleeping felt like being in a “U”. I hardly slept at all and am very glad I was only staying one night.

The staff were outstanding, but the security guy was park in front of my room bumping his music , at about 2:00am he got really loud I had to call the front desk to complain, needless to say I will never go back there to stay.

The smoke smell was very bad, the staff gave a machine to reduce the smell. The room chair very old and peeling off. I asked for extra towel and was told the washer is broken so no towels. The chairs in the breakfast area are old and of course they are peeling off too which look very nasty. Definitely not going back here!

Lobby was stuffy with a strange smell. Sofa bed mattress was stained and literally falling apart. One queen bed had dip in the mattress. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

I was placed in room 211 which is right by linens. So at 8am all the employees gathered right in from of our door for their supplies. They were so loud I thought there was guests having a party. I emailed the manager last week but they never responded back to me

Old hotel. Furniture all damaged for a "suite" room. Manager has anger issues and does not care about customer service. Needs more customer service training. Front desk was friendly. Will never stay at this Holiday inn ever again.

Do not stay here. The hotel is not properly cleaned or cared for. The bathroom floors were filthy and I was told "oh that's just how the tiles look" the furniture was broken, the AC is horrendously loud and shakes the bed. And the manager has no concept of customer service. We left and booked another hotel after 1 hour in the room. This hotel does not feel safe and the way it's run is ATROCIOUS. With so many other hotels on the same block save yourself the horrible experience of this filthy old run down disgusting hotel and stay elsewhere!!!!
