住了一夜，拜訪一位家人過生日。使用公共/早餐區供所有人（14 人）見面和吃披薩。孩子們喜歡游泳池。工作人員很棒！非常好和包容。早餐有很好的選擇，就酒店早餐而言是好的。沒什麼好抱怨的。會再呆在那裡。

I prefer a firm mattress but these beds were nearly as hard as sleeping on the ground. My joints and muscles physically ACHED trying to sleep on this bed. Just turning over made me grit my teeth because I knew how sore I'd be. I do not understand how it's possible to make a mattress so firm. Our TV service also went out without any solution. They offered DVD's but when we said the player was missing staff shrugged and said it must have been broken or previously stolen. We weren't offered any solutions like checking an empty room for a spare player and I ended up having to sit in silence for an entire day and a half while too sick to leave the extremely rock hard bed. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced and I've stayed in some sketchy places. Bummed I spent as much money as I did when I was left with horrible sleep and a body that was unbelievably sore for the plane ride home. I will not be staying here again. If they had new beds I could overlook the areas that weren't cleaned as well as they could be or the shower head that sprayed so wide it missed your body. But they don't have different beds so I will look elsewhere next time... even if I have to stay in Omaha and commute.

Place is always clean, quite and the staff is friendly and professional.

Room wasn’t ready til an hour after check in time. Should get some kind of comp. Was tired after traveling Hot tub was closed which was not told at check in

This was the worst and most expensive hotel I’ve stayed in with my family. The pool was disgusting, found a bug that looks like a bed bug and wasn’t offered a different room, wasn’t accommodated at all. When we went to speak to the “manager” she said to come back in the morning and then she was gone…

Very nice staff and good pool for our kids(1-15). Clean and nice beds. Breakfast was very good

This is a great place to stay especially if you have little ones the have an amazing little water park for the littles. Breakfast was fresh and hot with plenty of options. Everything was nice and clean.

The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The facility was well taken care of. I thought the bathroom was dark and in need of some updates.

Nice area, many eating options close, very quiet hotel during the sleeping hours….very refreshing to have the night time regulations printed and attached to your key package.

This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful.
