停車問題估計全德都差不多，不太智能，服務員態度又比較急，説太快，聽不太懂，最後將就停了。
告訴她網上已付款，還是堅持讓我前台付款。幸好攜程服務到位，及時解決。

깨끗하고 신뢰할수있는 브랜드라 자주 숙박합니다.
다만 주차비용이 비싸고, 주차비용 지불없이 출차하는 점 확인하여 실망하였습니다.

Pampige Menschen an der Rezeption, "Klimaanlage", die so schwach ist, dass ein Ventilator zehnfach besser wäre, schmutzige Zimmer, Schimmel in der Dusche. Das Fenster ging nicht auf - nicht weil es klemmte, sondern weil das Bett davor stand und nicht wegzubewegen war. Frühstück war nicht schlecht, aber die Auswahl vergriffen - dennoch ist es ok. :) Aber bei den Preisen an der Bar sind sie Top 3.

L’hotel è nella periferia di Friburgo; per raggiungere il centro occorre prendere l’auto (3 km). Zona nuova e desertica, ricca di uffici. Struttura di buon livello per finiture d'arredamento. Moquette e poltroncina in camera con qualche segno di usura e sporco. Le pareti esterne sono di vetro e per la privacy costringono a tenere le tende sempre chiuse. Camera di dimensione sufficiente, Il bagno non è grande. La porta del bagno è di vetro e la luce di chi lo frequenta di notte illumina tutta la stanza. Lenzuola sintetiche; manca la scelta di cuscini, disponibili solo uno a persona, Per avere la pulizia della stanza necessario prenotare (politica green dell'hotel). La colazione a buffet, è buona e accurata, ma un po' cara. Personale cordiale e professionale. Parcheggio riservato ai ospiti a prezzo eccessivo (16€/giorno), in zona difficilissimo da trovare parcheggio gratuito ed è indicato male. Non c'è frigobar in stanza, anche se ci sono distributori di bevande al piano reception.

El hotel no está ubicado en el mismo centro, aunque como el resto de ciudades de la Selva Negra, son relativamente pequeñas y en 20 minutos andando te plantas en el centro, aunque esta zona es como de oficinas. Lo bueno es que está al lado del puente azul y la iglesia del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús y se puede aprovechar para verlo. El personal habla inglés y las habitaciones son algo estrechas. El desayuno es correcto pero son 17€ por persona el día. Nada recomendable por ese precio.

Das Hotel liegt gut, man läuft ca 15 min in das Stadtzentrum. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sehr warm, trotz Klimaanlage und offenem Fenster. Bei geöffneten Fenster hört man die Straßenbahn und Autos sehr laut. Der Safe war kaputt und der Abfluss des Waschbeckens war defekt. Parken ist mit 16€ pro Tag recht teuer. Zimmerservice erfolgt nicht automatisch, sondern muss an der Rezeption angefragt werden. Insgesamt eher ein mittelmäßiges Hotel, für ein paar Tage aber ausreichend.
