호텔은 그리 나쁘지도 그리 좋지도 않은 중간 컨디션이다. 하지만 리셉션에 있는 직원들의 응대는 정말 불친절하다. 아침식사는 여러가지 음식들이 나오지만 먹을만한것은 커피와 계란이다. 가족이 머물기 좋도록 설계된 호텔이다. 모기가 너무 많다.

My stay was initially great but the night security supervisor was very rude to me at the main entrance gate. He made a lots of assumption and he may need further training in customer care, diversity and respect for all without prejudice. He refused to provide his name. However, I raised my concerns at reception at about midday. !

Spent a week here and loved how quiet amd homely it is... id come back. The best hotel in Freetown at the price point.

I always try to not let emotions get on the way when i write these reviews. Quitely, I'm only giving this hotel a 1 star because Wikipedia doesn't allow for a worst rating. The things i have experienced and lived in this hotel are down to laziness and pure mediocrity and it's totally unacceptable for a hotel charging over 80 dollars(for the room i booked). Needless to say i don't recommend them to anyone. Here is the list: 1.Checkin was super slow beause the reception was closed and the receptionist sleeping when i arrived 2.The water in the room was so red, smelly and unclean that I had to go buy water from outside to brush my teeth 3.The phone in my room was not working and so it was impossible to reach reception to report issues or reach the restaurant to order food 4. Internet either doesn't work or is too slow to be useful when it works. I had to miss important zoom meetings with my colleagues because of this 5. They say they have a gym but in reality the gym is not functional and so it's simply a lie to say they have a gym 6. Horrible breakfast: not enough food varieties and the food is not fresh 7.They got me change room at some point. In the middle of my shower, I saw a baby snake near the bathroom tube. Thanks God, i kept my composure and avoided any potential injury than panicking could have led to 8. The proPerty in general is old and smelly and so it was unsurprising that in the few days I stayed, I didn't meet any other guests around.

I stayed at Family Kingdom in January 2024 after a colleague recommended it. It was wonderful. It is family-run, clean and safe. The restaurant is good, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is good. The grounds are spacious and clean, with a delightful quirkiness. (Ceramic birds in a giant cage? Check! Statue of King Kong and Fay Wray? Check! Mysterious stuffed American turkey? Check!) There are also some gentle birds and a deer that wander the grounds, contributing to the general sense of peacefulness and contentment. Two thumbs up.

Good location, stayed here 5 years ago and everything is the same. Updrages needed, construction going on so noisy. Shower not draing properly, low water.pressure. biggest issue is hotel need to upgrade

the owner and all the staff are very friendly. Laundry service is included with a few hours turn around time. Walking distance to many restaurants.

Totally disorganised. Front office was poor. Terrible rooms. No carpet in the toilet. So the room gets flooded Poor mattress to sleep. No water to drink. As they ran out.

Location, great room, staff and comfort.
