華安大飯店(Metro Hotel)

How quickly time flies aye? We had a fantastic stay. The whole management team was the absolute best as before. On my last stay, I did say I was gonna come again. Although we had to skip the meals this time around due to the same food every day, overall it was amazing and, my husband and I would recommend the hotel to travellers for long and short stays. Thank you for your services.

stayed in this hotel for two weeks and payed over 560 $ .The staffs are rude uneducated. The manager need to train this staffs very well. cleaning, kitchen staffs A 1. Reception staffs need to have a list basic of hotel management.

Generally, my stay was okay. The internet, and electricity was good. Breakfast was not good. It was like oil used for frying other stuff was repeatedly used. They can introduce some basic cereal, like weetabix, oa**eal, brown bread. Cleanliness was okay, but could be done better. The towels were old and horrible. Cleaning staff had no place to take lunch and so had to use the stairwell, causing movements and privacy to sometimes be a challenge. Reception staff are generally helpful. They have a good tips that would help you move around. The hotel is in proximity of an African restaurant, a cafe, and not far from the beach.
