Great beach access, good value overall. Staff was very friendly. Concierge was very very helpful. Problem with ATM on property and "security" person who blamed the guests for it not working properly.

One of the best place for vacation and quiet and the food was the best they have so much of different variety of food from breakfast, lunch and dinner was my favorite. The staff was amazing and very helpful with everything we needed because we travel as a group of 5 adults.

The property was mostly empty due to the off-season. THe staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were dated, but very clean and well maintained. THe only complaint was that both elevators were out in our building, so we had to walk up stairs and carry our luggage out of our room. The food options were extremely limited - really just one choice of resturant per meal, but the food was decent for an all-inclusive. We would go again.

Plage paradisiaque Les points positifs : Jolie, voire magnifique plage : sable blanc, cocotiers, palmiers, bien entretenue , nettoyée des algues tous les jours, que du sable en pente douce Belle et grande piscine vue sur la mer + bassin de nage + jacuzzi bien chaud Boissons du tout inclus bonnes Parking gratuit Grande terrasse Beaucoup de transats, tjs disponibles Petit dejeuner super, il y avait de tout, chaud , froids, fruits au choix L'emplacement : bien situé pour visiter la reserve naturelle et les belles plages Espaces verts bien entretenus Points negatifs: Personnels de l'accueil antipathique Hotel en chantier à plusieurs endroits Moquette dans les chambres humide Clim bruyante All inclusif decevant: petits buffets et un soir soit disant à la carte mais avec quasi aucun choix 2 ou 3 selon entree plat dessert.. même dessert qu'au buffet . A 12h seul le snack du bar etait dispo ( bon snacking ) sinon il fallait payer. Pas ecolo: servi dans des barquettes en plastique et recu de consommation a 0 euros a signer a chaque fois Nous devions reprendre le bateau a 18h , check out a 10h avec bracelets du all inclusif coupés ( mais nous pouvions rester dans l'hôtel jusqu'au départ) Personnel du wave bar très sympa Dans l'ensemble hotel avec une plage magnifique, et une belle piscine mais il ne faut pas y aller pour le all inclusif et la beaute de l'hôtel

The staff was very accommodating and polite. I enjoyed the activities that the resort had to offer as well as the local foods and shops. I highly recommend this location and I cannot wait to come back.

Rooms nice, food horrible was served spoiled sauce twice, chef Dwain Claire was extremely rude instead of taking the criticism and trying to doing better, the last day we took off the all inclusive package‼️‼️ the food was deplorable.
