Everyone was very cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. We were disappointed that our room was on the second floor, accessible only by outside stairs. As we are in our 80's, it was not easy to get our luggage up to the room.

Small town Texas hospitality at it's best, very clean and large room right at historic downtown, the staff was everything you want to have in a stay, going back in two weeks the stay again it was so nice.
