Mama experiencia. Elevador no funcionando y me ubican en piso 4. Era para mi boda y todo fue terrible. Adicional mi cuarto incluía sofá cama para dos personas y cuando pedí sábanas y almohadas lo cual debe estar incluido me indicaron que no tenían disponible. Mi familia no pudo dormir en el sofá cama porque no había conque vestirla cama o almohadas. Servicio pésimo y no hubo interés de ayudar por parte del servicio al cliente.

First I want to say that I generally love Home2. This place is not up to the standard. I expect for the price I paid. I like being able to cook in my room and eat on real plate with metal utensils. When I arrived there was a dish in my dishwasher that was moldy. I ran it again. Then I had clean mold. There was also a coffee cup in there with a solid ring of old coffee that didn’t washes off in 2 cycles in the machine. There was hair in the corners of the bathroom and the door to the bathroom could not be locked. The plate didn’t line up with the bolt. It would not stay closed so every bodily function was open door. This would have been really unpleasant had I not been sharing the room with my spouse. There was old food in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator and a receipt from someone else’s purchase on the floor in plain sight.

The property itself is clean and comfortable. However, we were treated badly because (as per the manager's Nicole's own words), we are NOT HHonors members. I booked a 1-bedroom suite at this location. However, on the day I checked in, I was told that there is no 1 bedroom available and they downgraded me to a studio suite. To make it even more unacceptable, the hotel refuses to provide any refund for the difference. The manager Nicole said that they had to provide my 1bedroom to a HHonors member, so she felt "terrible" I could not get the room I reserved, however she is not going to provide any refund of the difference in price because she said it's not her responsibility and I should talk to ********** who will handle the refund. I then contacted **********, and the agent contacted Nicole. Here is were all the lies started. She "claimed" to ********** that the 1bedroom was only unavailable on my 1st day, and it was available on the 2nd day onwards and I could have requested to move back to my reserved room. And when I reached out to the hotel to ask for getting back what I reserved, the hotel then changes tack, saying that there is no 1 bedroom availability at 11am and I needed to wait (they only contacted me at close to 5pm that day) Finally, I gave up, asked ********** to kindly refund me a coupon for the difference in price, and just stayed in the studio suite Won't stay here ever again, and the hotel should consider replacing Nicole, who has not been honest throughout

This was perhaps one of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. We checked into our room at approximately 10pm and were serenaded with loud screaming and thumps on our ceiling, as if the people above us were jumping off their bed repeatedly. At 11pm we finally called down to the front desk and were assured that “it would be taken care of.” At 11:20 we called again about the continuing noises and were told again that they’d be handled and there was a “3 strikes and you’re out policy.” My husband got so annoyed that he went up to the floor above us to investigate and found that the door to the room above ours was ajar and there were grown men inside who were indeed screaming and jumping. He knocked on the (open) door and asked the drunk men to please quiet down as it was almost midnight, only to have one of the men push the door closed in his face. Hey Jen went down to the lobby to speak with the front desk, who reiterated her 3 strike policy and again assured him that it would be take care of. Whatever she said must have worked, because the men finally quieted down. This whole process took over an hour which is pretty ridiculous considering it was midnight, and we had to call 3 times before anything got done without any follow up from the front desk. Also, the water pressure was terrible. Enough said.

A young man running the front desk in the morning provided the most excellent service. We were having trouble with our two year old (my son is very demanding and fussy) and he was so patient and understanding. He even came over and wiped up the floor after my son spilt water on the floor.

The ADA room was spacious, and very clean. It had great functionality for handicapped people, including a rolling table, massive bathroom, bench in tub/shower, electric/button controlled blinds, etc. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses and cups, full refrigerator, microwave, and you can have an electric burner if needed, etc. Great, convenient location, near restaurants. Will definitely stay here next time we're in the area.

We did not like the shower, the shower soap or shampoo. Water pressure was not good. Temperature was on the cooler side. Shower floor was extremely slippery, and I am disabled so had a hard time. Bigger bath mat would have been good.

The whole someone on the floor above us was either bouncing a ball or running when that shop at about 10pm. The they were cars outside doing durn outs and that last for 45 mins. Then at 7am the noise from the floor started again

Check in staff was wonderful. Room was very nice, clean, and exactly what we hoped for.
