Smells really bad

It was more like staying in a college dorm rather than a hotel. People coming & going at all hours. Talking loudly or just plain shouting in the halls. The TV came on, but just had a black screen. The shower in the morning, while it couldn’t be called ice cold, could not be called warm either. And it sounded like the room upstairs decided to rearrange the furniture at 4:00 a.m. There were other issues, but I’ve mentioned enough problems to make my point

We thought there would be items with the kitchen area to be able to use it. Pot/pan, etc. Place was fine though.

Staff was great. People don't pickup the poop after their dogs. Staff tries to confront customers about the situation..

The only reason why our stayed wasn’t bad is thanks the customer service representative at the hotel who went out of her way to help us and upgraded our room. The first room had a strong smell to Chinese food and the bed had hair in it, we were upgraded to a double bed room which didn’t have a trash can, didn’t have a night lamp. The tv wasn’t a smart tv so we couldn’t connect our cell phone to watch a movie or YouTube. The room is old and hasn’t been renovated for while, the bathtub had the lid broken. There wasn’t a trash bin in the bathroom either. I will never came back. I rather pay 30-30 more and go to a better hotel.

The hotel has roaches. You were given toddler sized towels for showers. No handsoap in the bathrooms and no hand towels. Burn marks around the sink. Spackle around the shower. There was space to hang clothes but no hangers. People reside here. The staff was pleasant but the accomadations are subpar. I would not recommend this place.

The inside was great but i didnt realize there would be nothing in the room like a hotel. No coffee pot. That was my fault for booking an extended stay room. The outside however was a complete mess.

We booked this while traveling and needed a place to stay. Unfortunately I didn’t read reviews before booking, because they are pretty accurate when describing our experience. We were stuck outside of the lobby, called main desk- and nobody answered for about 25 minutes or more. Eventually we were let into lobby by a guest and we waited a while longer for anyone to show up. The person asked for our reservation info, took ID and asked if we wanted to see our room before checking in. We walked through a cloud of **** smoke in the hallway, up to the rooms. They were basic and kind of creepy. The walls had chipped paint, cigarette burns on the sink and in shower, and the sheets had hair in them. The sink barely produced water. The hallway carpets were filthy with stains and animal hair. We unfortunately had nowhere else to stay as it was after hours. I slept with my clothes on and felt creeped out the whole night. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
