薩默塞特索尼斯塔簡單套房飯店(Sonesta Simply Suites Somerset)

Staff was nice and accommodating. Overall stay was ok. Was disappointed at the lack of fresh towels and sheets/blankets. My son was sleeping on the pullout couch and he only had two sheets and complained of being cold so we called asking for additional sheets/blankets each day we were there (3 days) and was told they didn’t have any.

The employee working at the front desk at check in (7 pm) was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. She helped us expedite our check in and gave clear directions on how to get to our room. Overall, it was a good experience. The rooms could use a little updating but other than that, our room was clean, quiet, and fully equipped with all the amenities.

I was a bit nervous to book here due to some of the negative reviews but it was actually much better than I expected. My check in & out experience was quick and pleasant. Granted that the property is not brand new but it's also a far cry from "rundown" or "in need of renovation" The public areas were mostly clean albeit a little dated. Most importantly my room was 100% clean, spacious, and comfortable. The carpeting was free of any stains and the bathroom was immaculate. Also, the A/C kept the room ice-cold during my mid-August stay! Only two (very) minor gripes - the refrigerator in the kitchenette area was a bit loud and the internet wasn't exactly blazing fast (about 10-15Mbps in my tests). For what I paid this place was a total bargain and will stay here again every time I need to be in this area for work.

Would have rated it excellence except the toilet very easily clogged and got stuck cleaning up flood in the bathroom with no gloves. HS Dec a plunger, towels and plastic bag.. Given how easily it flooded, wonder if it was already partially clogged (tiny bit of paper) before I got there.

No instructions for room appliances. Bed was old and creaky. Room and building doors sometimes did not close securely. Outdoor light was broken. But overall the suite was very nice and roomy.

La verdad es un lugar muy lindo limpio y amables gracias por sus servicios…!

A pesar de que el hotel es no fumadores, mi habitación tenia olor a cigarro.
