前台接待人員非常友好。房間很乾淨。停車區寬敞。 不過吹風機條件不好,早餐沒有培根,很失望。

絕對喜歡這家酒店。這麼多事情要做,孩子們喜歡游泳池。燒烤真的很好。工作人員是一流的。清潔女士無法理解我,但他們看起來不錯

Took a 91yr old family member with us to visit family in this area. Decided to stay at a different Hilton property this time and we were extremely happy with this choice. A very lovely property and great location. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Executive Lounge is a great space for all of us to get together. Enjoyed the buffet both mornings (not included in room cost). Room was very comfortable, bathroom very nice, pillows are comfortable (that never happens!). Having a few issues getting the room charges straightened out but working thru that.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of restaurants. They offered a free dinner on Tuesday night and free breakfast each morning. The hotel personnel are very nice and very welcoming on arrival. We did have a problem with the water temperature in our shower but they handled that immediately after we informed them. My one big disappointment was their bed! It was a king bed but fell to a gully in the middle! It was not comfortable and my husband ended up on the sofa. Their pillows need replacing also as they had a sweaty head smell. If they address these issues, which are big ones, it would be a good hotel. Afterall the job of a hotel is to offer a good night’s sleep. Without a good bed, it is difficult to rest well. We also noticed the carpeting near the elevator was worn so perhaps a redo of this hotel is needed at this time. Marriott is a good brand so I hope they will listen and address these concerns.

We hadn't stayed in a hotel since the beginning of the pandemic. Our daughter has anxiety about cleanliness and doesn't like hotel noise. This one was great on both counts! Very clean and very quiet. We only stayed one night on the way down to Florida but would definitely return. Breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins for breakfast. They even had live music when we were checking in. Nice hotel!

Found this hotel while looking around on Trip Advisor for something near Nashville. It's conveniently located south of music city in the suburb of Franklin. The hotel's exterior, as well as, main lobby are welcoming. Rooms are fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no bugs to worry about. Our room (328) had a mini fridge (no freezer compartment), comfortable king bed with larger pillows, standing closet, and nice shower. Evening parking is in the parking garage below the hotel. Guests can access their rooms directly from the garage to the desired floor. The breakfast buffet was very good with both hot and cold food choices. Good price, good value.
