西密爾沃基萬麗飯店(Renaissance Milwaukee West Hotel)

First room we were sent to was dirty and the beds were un-made. Had to haul all of our luggage back down to the front desk and wait in line to get a new room. Front desk staff was not apologetic; made us feel like a inconvenience. Didn’t offer us anything for our inconvenience. Parking was also silly. You had to pay to park your own car in the lot. This hotel is not in a busy downtown or ramped. Seemed like a silly expense ($15/nt). Probably wouldn’t pay $200 to stay at this hotel again.

Check in was a bit of a hassle because my reservation with ******* didn’t transfer over to the hotel, so the manager had to create a new reservation. After that, everything else went well. My husband and I were born and raised in Milwaukee and visited for a wedding and funeral. We spent very little time at the hotel so didn’t use any of the amenities or even look at them, so I can’t comment on that. I loved the decor and our room was clean. It was weird though, that house keeping came and made our beds but didn’t remove the dirty towels or empty the trash and give us new towels. I forgot to mention this to the staff who were all very friendly. I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking and wifi but the location was pretty central to all of our events and there were plenty restaurants surrounding. We will be staying here again.

Really impressed by this hotel. It’s trendy, stylish, comfy and surprisingly well-soundproofed (we only heard other people once outside our door). The staff were also kind and helpful. Would stay here again.

Travelocity offered a breakfast add on at time of booking. Neither the hotel staff or restaurant had any idea what i had been sold or what it was good for. They didnt even offer breakfast seating on Sundays at all. Out $20 and had to leave to get breakfast

I think this is a great hotel for the price. Everything is new. Decor is sleek and modern. Rooms are a little small but not a deal breaker.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic. Experience with the restaurant was meh.

Very nice, clean updated hotel. The bathroom was very spacious with a beautiful walk-in shower. Comfortable beds and modern decor. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance from hotel. We chose this location because it was only a 15 min drive to downtown Milwaukee.The parking was convenient and less expensive than staying downtown to park. Overall, this is a great hotel for the price and location.
