凱藝飯店(Quality Inn Franklin)

Es un lugar que esta bien deteriorado, nada que ver con las fotografías que muestran en la pagina, la piscina estaba sin agua, el hotel se mira como abandonado, dl aseo no lo hacen diario y mal limpiado, estaba lleno de polvo

Customer service was great. Room needs some updates. Furniture is damaged. Paint is peeling on ceiling and a lil dingy caulk around the tub possible mold but overall not a bad stay. All cosmetic repairs. Room was quiet and very affordable rate for the area. Would stay again. Bed was comfortable. Safe location.

The property is convenient for restaurants an shopping. But the smell wasn't pleasant.

Got here at 9 pm on a Wednesday night. Hotel not crowded at all. I drove around the hotel and counted fewer than ten vehicles. Clerk assigns me a room at the front of hotel near a busy noisy road. I wish he had been more conscientious. I turned on music and can still hear the roar of traffic outside. Other than that, the hotel is fine. I would recommend you request a room in the back of the hotel. Defintely avoid the lower 100s. My room is #100.

The room was nice. Shower vacillated to scalding hot and ice cold while showering. Continental breakfast was blah.

The hotel room was equipted with all amenities! Very few hotel rooms have it all. We were very satisfied. We will return and highly recommend this visit. breakfast was satisfying.

Comfortable bed with clean sheets. Price good but very old and out dated.

The breakfast buffet was not very good. Not much to offer.

No pool at all that was an issue for us and room has an mildew oder when AC was running it got worse ended up s shutting it off. But it was clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was available and fresh. Overall for the price you can’t really complain.
