Great location and overall experience. Within walking distance to everything downtown. Nice quiet location. Hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again, and most likely will if we’re ever back in the area.

Check in was easy. The cottage is super cute and well-maintained. Perfect for a little weekend getaway. So many fun things to do in Franklin and Nashville. We loved our stay at The Bluebird Cottage.

Great cottage and outstanding location You cannot beat where this cottage is located! Walking downtown Franklin is pretty easy and the cottage is no more than about a 15 minute walk from everything.Size is perfect and very well laid out. You have plenty of space and do not feel crowded while it is cozy and inviting! The bed is awesome and very comfortable. Driveway can be a challenge if you have a large SUV, but take advantage and park on Evans Street by the AT&T fence.Would recommend to any couple who need a place to stay while visiting downtown Franklin, TN.

Great location in Franklin TN We stayed two nights at this property. The location is great in that you can easily walk to the restaurants and shops downtown. The place is like an efficiency apartment ... cute and comfortable with pretty much everything you need. There is a single parking place that is a bit of a challenge, but it is available.

What a great little place, in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the heart of downtown Franklin. Would highly recommend to single/couples for a getaway. Only note would be parking. We had a large SUV and it was tight (doable but tight). Host was super accommodating and let us use other driveway when it was not in use.
