Enjoy the backyard fire pit as you take a break from Historic Franklin downtown shopping. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch house is all on one level with easy access inside from your car.
The Lazy C house is located close to I-65 for a quick trip to downtown Nashville and is less than 3 miles to Main Street in Historic Franklin.
New master shower with rain head and marble tile floor is ready for use as well as new beds with mattress/springs for your comfort.
Keyless front door entry with code changes between each guest. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of noise levels..There is no daily maid service. Washer/dryer available for fresh towels.,The person making the reservation must also be an occupant (No third party rentals) and no stays longer than 60 days..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Baseball Weekend in Nashville
We had a great extended weekend in Nashville. The house was great! Clean easy check in. Updated very nicely inside to meet all living needs. We sat outside one evening on the back patio. Home is in a quiet neighborhood. Close to many shopping and restaurants. Next time we c

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home in Franklin. The neighborhood was peaceful and surrounded by vibrant greenery, which made for such a relaxing atmosphere. Inside, it felt like stepping into our own home—cozy, spacious, and incredibly quiet.The large windows in every room offered lovely views of the outdoors, where we enjoyed watching bunnies, birds, and dragonflies throughout our stay. The home was exactly as described, and we slept so well each night.Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us—we will definitely be back!

Great location-great home
This house was wonderful! It was clean. It was nicely updated. The rooms were very spacious! The kitchen was well stocked and lots of added perks left for us to use (how did they know I love diet Dr Pepper?!) They only thing we wished for (because it was hot outside) ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Thanks lazy-C for making our Nashville vacation just what we needed!

Fantastic Stay
Our stay was absolutely incredible—clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host went above and beyond, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Every detail was thoughtful, from the stocked kitchen to the stunning views. We can’t wait to come back!
