Hip studio style, pet friendly rustic beach cottage & former Oyster house refinery on the bay with a new dock w/ plenty of parking for your boat/trailer. There are crab traps at the dock that you can bait. We have a Yamaha gas powered golf cart that is available to rent for $55 a day as Apalachicola is a golf cart friendly town. ****🚬Smoking is not allowed inside, but is allowed outside. Please keep the discarded butts from the yard please. ****😀 Amenities include a picnic table, Weber grill, and fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a yard swing for enjoying your time outside. The yard is large with a tropical feel with tropical foliage overlooking the bay. Conveniently located 1 mile from shopping and restaurants downtown. ******PETS****House trained , well behaved fur babies stay for $25 (one charge for 2). Would like to keep pets at 2 max. The Oyster House has a nice, big yard if you have a dog. Just bring a tie out and a runner to keep them off of Hwy 98 as there is no fence. There is a tie out in the yard if you find it satisfactory to use at your own risk. We have a cute two bedroom house. It's located 3 blocks from downtown Apalachicola. 2 blocks from the gas/convenience store. Our house has two bedrooms with queen bed in them and a twin day bed with a trundle bed underneath in the livingroom. 1 bathrooms and full kitchen. Private entrance. Apalachicola offers an authentic taste of Florida's Gulf Coast. A quaint small southern town with restaurants which serve fresh local seafood.The most beautiful beaches are justa15 min drive away!
