列剋星敦法蘭克福SpringHill Suites飯店

Water pressure was poor, swimming pool was small, staff was rude, key cards kept having to be reprogrammed to our room the three days we were there. Breakfast was ok for free. Parking small for as big as the hotel was.

This room was clean and spacious. I like the work area that separates the bed from the sofa. Breakfast was good. I wish managers would enact a no cell phone policy for people working the reception desk. It seems like every time we walked through the lobby, the girl was on her phone. She even took a call while I was buying something from the little market they have. I think it's rude. It seems like there could be something to do, like clean a window, sweep a floor, wipe down a counter, anything, rather than being on your phone. Other than that, the stay was great.

Our room and stay was good. Everything was clean and our room was nice. We did want to go to the bar, but they closed early.

Good breakfast. Location was good with restaurant walking distance. Bar only open 2 hours Friday evening. Closed Saturday.

Parking was great. Breakfast was fine and area was clean and well attended. Room was clean. At check in we were not told they did not clean rooms daily. No one came by during our 3 night stay. No shower soap on arrival and it took three requests over two days to get some. Manager handled issue.

Everyone was terrific and friendly! Rooms, lobby, pool, and eating areas were very clean ! Breakfast was great, and their kitchen staff were amazing. Great coffee bar too!

Check-in was a breeze. Staff very efficient and friendly. Room was fine....except the water pressure in the shower, and the bathroom door. The door to the bathroom is a frosted glass slider door and when you move it, the glass rattles. I was afraid we were being too noisy for our neighbors, but there was no way around it. Other than that, there were plenty of outlets for charging devices, room was clean. Breakfast had the basics: sausage patties, baby quiches, oatmeal, cold cereal, pastries, some fruits. Didn't notice yogurt, but didn't look for it this time. Coffee and juices. Parking was great, just outside the door. It appears to be a newer property. Location was great. We were in Midway and Versailles, and it wasn't very far. Even if it was, it's a pretty area.

This is a very nice place. The room was very clean. The entire hotel was very clean. Check in was easy and fast. The breakfast was good. I did not experience a single problem.

Clean room, soft bed and linens, and friendly/helpful staff. 10/10 stay!
