同一個房間訂了三次才完成訂單 酒店離展館算是比較近的，走路大概十分鐘 展會期間，房價會特別高 如果行程確定的話，建議選擇其他酒店

Even though it’s a chain it gives you the feeling that it’s not. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong night, but luckily they had an extra room and the helped us transfer our booking into the right night. The staff spoke perfect English and was just really everything your wanted as a tourist giving good advice on how to enter the city. The room is equipped with a big bed and a big tv, and the bathroom is a good size too, so even though the rooms aren’t so big they really focused on using the space correctly. We had a room facing into the yard so no noise there, but it’s very convivially places next to the highway, so you’re quick on your way again, but of course it means some rooms are facing out to the trafficked highway also. What’s even better is that they had a cromecast connected to the tv, which as a tourist is so absolutely genius so we don’t have to watch dubbed German television. (Small disclaimer is that the Wi-Fi was a little slow until the evening making it a little hard to work) The breakfast is super variated and big, and they fill up the missing things quickly, and take our plates when we are done so they don’t pile on the table. The parking cellar cost a little but there’s parking space outside the hotel too. The tramp is located just next to the hotel and takes you into the city directly. You can even buy a ticket just next to it for about 2 euroes. I don’t have a single complaint about this place, and usually I’m very picky. It’s new, hip, clean, modern… from the nice, free and clean toilets in the parking cellar to the music being played in the reception, and the opportunity to self-check in. Will defiantly recommend and will defiantly return if in Frankfurt again.

酒店喺中央車站附近，不過拖喼唔建議行路去，條路有啲凹凸不平；隔離有skyline plaza，但我哋冇時間行，淨係知有kfc同dm；周圍唔少商廈，夜晚好靜冇乜人，食嘢要行返遠啲 早餐一般，夜晚同一個位嘅餐吧(Alto)嘢食就ok，可惜menu太少choice，嚟嚟去去都係嗰幾樣，又唔係日日轉menu 因為係公寓式酒店，所以房間有廚房同飯廳，廚房有洗衣乾衣機(兩用)、焗爐、電磁爐、洗碗碟機之類 客廳比較少燈所以有啲暗；睡房同客廳都有電視，電視係smart tv，仲有勁多個台😂；睡房兩邊床頭都有usb位叉電；可惜我哋間房對住隔離棟樓，睇唔到景 check in要信用卡畀100€做押金

賓館位置很方便，到機場約車30歐左右，離地鐵口也近，距離法蘭克福火車中心站也就2站路。旁邊就是sky plaza 購物中心，裏面有各種品牌，DM的葯粧，LAMY鋼筆，boss等服裝較多。中心裏面吃飯也很方便。賓館周圍也有很多餐館，中餐館也好幾家，REWE超市也很近，購物很方便。房間的大小衞生服務都很不錯，達到國內希爾頓的標準。唯一不足的是，早飯不是很適合中國人的胃😁

我住宿的預訂是通過我的旅行社進行的。這通常不是公司批准的酒店,我現在明白了原因。在進行預訂時,代理商要求提前入住,但沒有要求保證提前入住。這意味着客人在抵達時有房間可以辦理入住,如果沒有房間,則必須等到常規入住時間(此時是15:00)。酒店位於貿易和會議中心旁。由於大流行至今還沒有發生任何事件,酒店很安靜,我到達並要求辦理入住手續,被告知只能在正式入住時間辦理。當我提到我的代理人要求提前入住時,第二個接待員出現了,並確認房間是空的。她還告訴我,我需要爲提前入住支付40歐元的費用。對此我提出質疑,並提到如果客人抵達時房間空着,其他酒店將不會收取此費用。接待員解釋說,工作人員必須加快工作速度,以確保房間能夠提前入住,因此費用也很高。由於結果是,房間在4月27日之前,即我到達之前整整六天,才被清潔、通風和消毒。因此,這筆費用只是用來騙取客人。雖然房間很好,但酒店位於中心位置,與公共交通連接良好,但這種有組織的勒索意味着我永遠不會再預訂這個地方。

The hotel has a great vibe, somewhat industrial with glass and metal elements. Darker shades of colors throughout give a settled but cozy atmosphere. Breakfast staff was very friendly, Bastien welcomed me. The restaurant is big enough - was a little busy. The selection is very good, they even have began cold cuts. The bircher musli was great. Proper cups and mugs 😂 so one can enjoy a good hot beverage.

There’s a good breakfast. Reasonable room. Very bad service. I had to do a late check out, but they didn’t accept it. I paid an extra full night to leave at 7:00 p.m. and they didn’t clean the room, claiming that it would be a home check out. When complaining at the reception, they kept the same statement, even presenting the receipt. Even an apology.

Wir waren jetzt schon mehrmals im Best Western Plus Welcome in Frankfurt und kommen immer wieder gerne, da alles perfekt passt. Da unser Sohn 2 Häuser weiter wohnt, ist es für uns die ideale Unterkunft und Ausgangspunkt für unsere Stadtausflüge, da ideal an ÖPNV gelegen. Bus und Tram Haltestellen sind direkt vor dem Haus.

Chambre décorée simplement, literie plus que correct. En ce qui concerne le ménage il n’est pas fait de le détail. Notre climatisation ne fonctionnait plus donc ils nous ont gentiment prêter un ventilateur. Pratique pour un court séjour, lieu calme. Le personnel est agréable.
