Ich habe kürzlich im City Residence Hotel Frankfurt-Oder übernachtet, während ich eine Gastvorlesung an der Universität Viadrina besucht habe. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach hervorragend – es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof und zum Stadtzentrum, was es sehr bequem macht, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Hotel selbst bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Insgesamt kann ich das City Residence Hotel für Reisende, die die Universität Viadrina besuchen oder einfach die Stadt erkunden möchten, nur empfehlen. Die Kombination aus zentraler Lage und komfortablem Aufenthalt macht es zu einer idealen Wahl!

I recently stayed at City Residence Hotel Frankfurt-Oder and had an excellent experience! The hotel offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and convenience, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. My room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for me. The location is ideal—close to the city center, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming hotel in Frankfurt-Oder, I highly recommend City Residence Hotel. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Good location if you travel with train. Quiet and clean. However, don’t buy breakfast. Before 9am almost no veggy left, no labels on salads, yogurts, quarks. Coffee not hot etc.

In June 2022 we stayed one night in this hotel in a “suite with kingsize bed”, which creates expectations which were not met. The suite contained 2 small, narrow rooms, the bed was certainly not kingsize and the pillows were lousy. When we arrived we found out that one of the staff members had registered our reservation in July, not in June. Luckily we were able to get a room but be warned about this! The room has good WiFi and a good shower but no airconditioning and because of the noise outside we couldn’t sleep with the windows open which lead to a warm and unpleasant sleepless night. Our room was on the front side of the hotel, facing the busstation and traintracks. Try to avoid a room on the front side because of this (the trains continu all night). The room has a refrigerator and a watercooker with tea and coffee. Parking in front and in the back of the hotel is free of charge. Staff is friendly and breakfast buffet costs €12 per person and is ok.
