灣谷度假村飯店&會議中心(Bay Valley Resort)

I’ve been coming to this place for years for kids birthdays, haven’t been there in years. First impression is the customer service was terrible beings I’m in the customer service industry. Receptionist made us feel like we were a bother to her. They don’t have pool towels, their free breakfast consists of cereal and muffins. They advertise a snack bar but they don’t really have one so you better take your own drinks, snacks and towels. Out of the three rooms we booked only one had a fridge.

I really liked the room, which was high ceilinged with real wood furniture and a great view of the lakes and pool. I did not like that the motor in the hot tub was broken, so no jets.

A wonderful charming older hotel with so many rooms it boggles your mind! Would highly recommend for a party/gathering/wedding as the grounds and interior architecture are gorgeous. Will definitely be back!

The heat was out in our room. Also, breakfast is Just oatmeal, and coffee. Not impressed for the price

This is a very unique place. It looks like it was once a very high-class resort with very well-designed rooms. Quality!! It is somewhat dated, but still very stunning in design. It seems to be being kept in as good a condition as they are able to be doing. It is great for wedding receptions and more. One was being hosted when I arrived. Beautiful architecture throughout the structure. Cost was very appropriate for the place. Don't miss this one while you are in the area!

The building and its surroundings are nicer than the rooms, but other than the very sp**** breakfast there is nothing to complain about. Since I am not a breakfast person anyway, I would go there again

It was a wonderful stay, pool and hot tub were well maintained. The room was beautiful and comfortable and clean. The views of the golf course and surrounding areas were great. And awesome people working there!

This is an established golf/event resort that has fallen upon a rough time and has recently gone under an ownership change. Our room was recently repainted/refreshed and was comfortable save for one thing - no microwave! Yes, they have a nice restaurant on site, but, really? We stayed two nights, and it really does come in handy... A few things about the building/property. Parking lot needs some work. Door #2 needs to be replaced ASAP. My wife was a little put off by the corner of the door. Otherwise nice overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Brunch begins at 11... Brand new offering, but smells at 930 were wonderful!

We had a great stay for a little family event. In our first room the window was broken, but with a quick call down to the front desk they had us in a new room in less than 5 minutes from when we called. This will always be our go to place to stay in Bay City.
