Superbe accueil et l'emplacement est vraiment idéal. Les personnel est genereux et très courtois. Pour une petite ville c'est établissement rayonne et il est tranquille. Nous retournerons et recommandons ce lieu.

The service at this “so called” hotel was far from excellent. There were so many problems going along with this place such as the jacuzzi was broken, the sauna was out of order, the pool was overly cold, there was no staff nor any room service at any time, the breakfast was bad and the tv did not work.

Water was yellow and jets in bathrooms did not work. There was trash in our room when we got there

Nice stay, really friendly & helpful staff! Pool and arcade were awesome with kids, especially while too cold to be outside. Some arcade games were out of order and would be great if the steam/sauna rooms were working. Spacious, clean room. Lack of carpets made for lots of movement noise from room above (which was only an issue because those guests apparently didn't sleep!). Overall would stay here again - and request a room on the top floor!

After spending all day out in the cold was looking forward to using the spa. Found out there was no hot tub like seen in photos, and the sauna was out of order. Mildly heated pool. Rooms are spacious but dirty. Wall paper being held on the wall with tape, tiles and grout popping up in the bathroom, and dirt all over the floor. (We take our shoes off at the door. ) breakfast was not what was expected either, frozen bagles, bread and cereals, instant coffee in a machine like Cappuccino. It was a place to sleep but next time ill book elsewhere.

This was such a cute place to stay! Continental breakfast which is great when you have young kids. Nice and quick! Everyone who works there was so kind and accommodating. We will definitely come back!
